Capgemini to Hire over 12,000 Freshers
Capgemini is planning to hire around 12,000 to 15,000 freshers from various campuses in 2020-21. The company, in India, has the largest number of certified consultants. The company would build two labs, one in Paris and the other one in Mumbai to work on 5G technology. Ashwin Yardi, CEO of Capgemini has said that the recruitment layout is designed with production and manufacturing on focus. He also mentioned that Industrial Engineering is the talk of the town with 5G emerging. Mechanical, Design and Prototype Engineers would be receiving offers for aircrafts manufacturing.
TechMahindra to Concentrate on Network Services
While Capgemini is making plans for a core engineering recruitment, Tech Mahindra has already started picking. The company is hiring aspirants for network services, oil, and gas and infrastructure management. Chief People Officer of TechM, Harshavendra Soin has said that Mechanical Communication Engineers are in demand, thanks to the great network shift.
L&T Infotech to Recruit Core Engineers
L&T Infotech is eyeing students with a non-engineering background, especially from liberal arts, design, statistics and finance. Sanjay Jalona, CEO of Infotech has said that students possessing coding knowledge and core engineering degrees are being given high priority for their variable industry skills.
The first among mobile operators, Reliance Jio, is preparing to introduce its own 5G Network. This would help in reducing the dependency rate on foreign sales.
