Eligibility Criteria

• Age Of Candidate should not be more than 25 years.
• For Admission to B.E. Or B.Tech Course Candidates should have cleared Class XII or its equivalent exam along with subjects namely Physics, Chemistry amd Maths.
• For Admission To B.Sc (Nautical Sciences and B.E. (Marine Engineering), candidates should have secured 60% marks aggregate in PCM in 10+2. Candidate must have acquired 50% in English at class X or XII.

Offline Mode:

• You can get application form from the university office locate at Chennai by cash payment.
• You can also get the application via post by sending a DD of INR 850, application request letter and a self addressed envelope to the Vels University office Chennai as mentioned in the below contact details.
• Fill the form legibly and send it to Vels University before the last date.

Online Mode:

• You can apply online form their official portal www.velsuniv.ac.in
• You have to create an ID and password first.
• Now, go to VEE 2017 and apply online by reading the instructions carefully.
• You have to make online payment of registration fee of INR 800.
• You will receive the enrollment number after submitting the online registration.
• It is advisable to take a print out of the confirmation page having your enrollment number for future reference until the selection process is over.

Exam Pattern

• The VEE entrance examination paper will comprise of 100 objective type questions for a maximum of 100 marks, each question carrying one mark.
• The exam duration is 90 minutes.
• For B.E programs: The test paper consists of total 100 objective type question from the subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Fundamentals of Computing, and General knowledge.
• For B.Pharm/Pharm. D: The test paper consists of total 100 objective type question in the topics such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• For MBA: The test paper consist of total 100 objective type question in the topics such as Language comprehension, mathematical skill, Analytical skill, Intelligence and critical reasoning and Indian & global Environment.
• For MCA: The test paper consist of a total 100 objective type question in the topics such as Computer fundamentals (40), English communication (20), Mathematical skill (20) and general knowledge (20).
• For M. Pharm/ Pharm. Domicile and Age Eligibility

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Candidates should not be less than 17 years of age as on 31st December 2017.
• Those persons who are of Indian Origin but have a citizenship of some other countries are also eligible to apply under the NRI category. No other foreign national will be allowed to appear for CMC UG AWT 2017.

Academic Eligibility

• The candidates must pass in all the subjects of the qualifying 10 2 or other equivalent examination conducted by CBSE/ICSE/State Board or any other Boards in one and the same attempt, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subjects.
• The general category candidates should score a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany and Zoology) and a minimum of 50% marks in English individually. They should also pass in all the subjects individually.
• Those candidates belonging to the reserved category should score a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany and Zoology) and a minimum of 40% marks in English individually. They should also pass in all the subjects individually.
• The candidates who are in class 12 and will appear or have appeared in the qualifying examination in March / April 2017 and whose results are awaited can also apply for CMC UG AWT 2017, provided the other eligibility criteria are fulfilled.

Admit Card / Hall Ticket

The candidates will be able to download their admit cards online from the CMC Ludhiana official website by May 2017. If they are not able to download the admit card by May 2017, the same should be immediately informed to the registrar’s office through email or fax. Therefore, no candidate will be allowed to appear for CMC UG AWT 2017 unless he/she holds the Admit Card.

Cutoff

The cut off score depends on difficulty level of exam, availability of seats, number of applicants, etc. Based on the cut-off score examination authority prepares the merit list and candidates are called for counselling. CBSE will prepare CMC Ludhiana UG AWT 2017 cut off score based on which candidates will be positioned in merit list as per their marks scored in the exam.

Results

The candidates are required to enter their respective CMC Ludhiana UG AWT Exam 2017 Roll Number for checking their result and downloading of their scorecard. BLDE UGET is a state level examination that is conducted by the BLDE University, Bijapur, Karnataka as a prerequisite to admissions to MBBS course in BLDE University. • • The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2016.
  • Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination which is 2nd PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination.
  • The last two years of study should have comprised of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology (PCB) subjects with English as a compulsory subject. The candidates must have passed these subjects individually.
  • As per the requisitions of statutory bodies as laid out in the Regulations on Graduate Medical Education-1997 of Medical Council of India and the amendments there of, the minimum percentage of marks for Admission to Under Graduate Courses shall be 50% for candidates belonging to General Category, 45% for candidates with locomotor disability of lower limbs ( as certified by competent issuing authority) and 40 percent for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward classes (as declared by the Government of Karnataka from time to time).
  • Candidates who are likely to appear or who have appeared for qualifying examination i.e. PUC-II/ 10+2/HSC or equivalent but whose results have not been declared will also be considered to appear for BLDEU–UGET, provided they have appeared for above mentioned subjects at the said examination.
  • Foreign/PIO/NRI students need not appear for BLDEU-UGET. Their admission will be based on qualifying examination marks.
  • If the candidate fails to fulfill the relevant eligibility requirements as mentioned above he/she will not be considered eligible for admission for M.B.B.S Degree even if he/she is placed in the merit list of BLDEU-UGET. During this step, the preferences submitted by the contenders will be processed centrally and seats will be selected in the order of merit.

Pay Fee:

After seat allotment candidates may need to pay either through e-challan or online mode only and after that they may download the Online Provisional Admission letter. After that, rounds of allotment will be started and also the Withdrawal of Allotted Seat and Refund of Fees session will be proposed.

B. Offline Counseling Process:

• Students are required to get the assistance form from the centers or the official contact number and after that attending offline counselling for which you should report at reporting center.
• From the given list of institutes, finalize the list of your choice on or before the last date of counseling.
• After allotment of seats you have to be physically present at the Institute and secure your seat and do the payment of requisite fee.
• Document Verification step: You have to carry one attested copy of your documents and photographs and Hall Ticket and Counselling result.
• If you want to go for the second Counseling and want to try for some more college or Institute as per your rank then you are allowed to attend the second Counselling.
• You have to follow the same procedure as in the first counseling and this is your final chance to get the reputed college of your choice.
