Eligibility Criteria
– The Minimum Eligibility Marks for consideration for Admission in the case of General Candidates and OBC shall be 50% of the Total Marks of Entrance Test then BAMS marks and in the case of candidates belonging to categories of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes and in-service candidates shall be 40%. However, securing the Minimum Qualifying Marks does not guarantee for admission, which will be according to the Merit List and other provisions. For Physically handicapped candidate‟s as according to category eligibility
– Ayurvedacharya Degree (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) of University of Rajasthan, or Dr S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur OR any equivalent examination recognised by C.C.I.M., New Delhi.
– Candidates Must have completed the six or twelve months rotating Internship/House Job, as the case may be, after passing the qualifying examination as stipulated by C.C.I.M.
– Candidates already studying in MD/MS(Ay.) Part-I of these Institutes may appear in the PGET, if they desire so, only after depositing back the entire Stipend received by them to the respective Institute.
Reservation Criteria
Subjects, Reservations and Admission Capacity are different in the three Institutes. The distribution of seats in a particular institute will be as per the rules and regulations of both the respective Institution and Dr S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur.
– Seats of CGN candidate and 3 seats for BIMSTEC countries are reserved by Govt. of INDIA, Department of AYUSH, remaining seats will be divided equally among Rajasthan University / Dr S R Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur degree holders and other university degree holders. (50% seats for Rajasthan University / Dr S R Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur degree holders and 50 % for other than Rajasthan University / Dr S R Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur degree holders.)
– Seats reserved under Central Pool for States / UTs where no PG facility is available in the Subject concerned.

Admission Procedure
- Admission will be subject to the rules & regulation of the respective institutes
- The University reserves the right to correct any inadvertent error in any merit list and also in the prospectus.
- The Admission Committee shall interview/ counselling the candidates and allow the Subjects taking into an account the Scheme of
distribution of Reserved seats, Merit lists of respective categories, the order of the Merit of PGET, Preference and Availability of seats.
- The right of admission of any candidate who does not complete the prescribed internship will automatically stand cancelled.
- Vacancies arising due to any reason shall be filled by reshuffling on the Basis of Reservations and Merit-cum-Preference from the candidates in the Waiting Lists (Except Central Govt. and BIMSTEC Nominee Candidates). vi No T.A. or D.A. will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the Entrance Test/Counselling.

Paper Pattern
– There will be an Objective Type Written Test of 100 Marks covering the syllabus of BAMS course as laid down by CCIM.
– There will be 100 Questions in the Paper and the duration of the Test will be 1½ hours (One hour and thirty minutes).
– The candidates have to select the best of the available answers.
– One mark will be given for each correct answer and ¼ mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
– Overwriting or ambiguously marked answer will be treated as un-attempted.
– If required, Propionate Bonus Marks shall be awarded as per rules.
Admit Card / Hall Ticket
The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.
The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.
Results

- Questions will be asked from the subjects namely Chemistry, Physics and Biology (Botany or Zoology).
- Exam duration will be of 3 hours.

Seat allotment will be done based on the rank list subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria.
– The tie in the ranking of candidates who secure the same mark in the Entrance Examination will be resolved using the tie-breaking criteria already in force. Candidates who are not present for counselling on the specified date and time do not have any rights to claim any seat.

- After opening official application form link, you need to download the form.

Eligibility Criteria
=> Candidate should have obtained certificate in B.Sc (Nursing), B.Sc (Post Basic Nursing) from an institution recognized by the Punjab Nursing Registration Council, Indian Nursing Council and situated in the state of Punjab.
=> The candidate should have passed B.Sc. Nursing,B.Sc. Post Basic Nursing with minimum 55% marks from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot or equivalent examination with requisite percentage of marks recognized by Indian Nursing Council, from a recognized University.
Eligibility And Procedure For Admission
– The selection shall be strictly as per merit based upon the entrances examination.
– Candidate should have secured at least 40% (35% for SC/BC) in the Entrance Test.
– Counseling shall be compulsory and the centralised counseling shall be conducted by the committee consisting of the members as per clause 7 (A and B) of this notification.
4 EQUAL MARKS: – In case of candidates securing equal marks their inter-se-merit will be determined as under:-
i) Firstly the candidate having higher percentage of aggregate marks calculated up to 3 decimal points.
ii) Candidate having higher percentage of aggregate marks calculated up to 3 decimal points in final year B.SC (NURSING)/ B.SC (POST BASIC NURSING).
iii) Then the candidate, older in age.

For appearing in Entrance Test candidates will have to fill online admission application form and deposit the required fee in the OBC Bank and send the print out copy of online admission application form alongwith university copy of Bank Challan form and self attested photocopies of all required documents in the University by due date
Fee should be deposited directly in the University account through any branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce by using Specified Bank Challan Form which will be generated on successful filling of online admission application form available at University website i.e. www.bfuhs.ac.in
Fee shall not be accepted in any other mode i.e. cash, draft, cheque, etc.
Admit Card/ Roll Numbers of PMNET-2016 will be issued only to those candidates who will deposit the fee in Bank by due date and time

Important Instructions And Procedure To Fill Online Admission Application Form For Admission To M.Sc. Nursing Courses Under PMNET 2016.
1. Before applying, candidate should carefully read PROSPECTUS for eligibility conditions and other important instructions.
2. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Submitting more than one application by a candidate is liable to be rejected.
3. After online applying, candidate should have to deposit requisite fee in the University account through any branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce by using specified Bank Challan Form, which will be generated after applying online at University website i.e. http://www.bfuhs.ac.in. Fee shall not be accepted in any other mode i.e. Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft etc.
4. Fee for General Category is Rs. 5000/- and for SC category Rs. 2500/- and it should be deposited by specified date.
5. Candidate insures that he/she has completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December 2016.
6. Date should be filled in the format of dd/mm/yyyy i.e. date/month/year.
7. If result of B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing examination is not declared or candidate has reappear in this examination, he/she should have fill 0(zero) in the columns of marks.
8. After filling of online admission application form, you will receive a Registration number and Password at your given mobile no and E-mail address.
9. Registration number and Password is mandatory for further process, so keep it secret.
10. You have to login to upload Photograph, Edit Application, Application Status and to change your password options.
11. How to upload Photograph: To upload your photograph you have to login by entering your Registration No and Password. The size of photograph should not be more than 20KB. Candidate may use third party software i.e. http://www.shrinkpictures.com. to resize their photograph before uploading.
12. Lock your Application: To get printout of your online application form you have to lock your application. Once you lock your application you will not be able to edit your application data, so be ensured that you have entered correct data particularly check your categories, DOB, qualifying examination marks etc.
13. All unlock application forms locked automatically after the cutoff date and once Application form is locked it can’t be unlocked.
14. The applicant is required to fill online admission application form and send the Print Out copy of online admission applicant form alongwith University copy of Bank Challan form and copies of self attested required documents to the University by due date.
15. There will be a check list at the end of second page of printed application form. Please make sure that all the relevant documents are attached with print out application as mention in check list.
16. Candidate can use A4 (25” x 30”) size envelope to send printout of application form complete in all aspects by stipulated date and time. The address for sending application form will be printed at the last of Application form and you have to paste it on the A4 size envelope.
17. Candidates are advised to always Log out your application form when you are leaving the computer
Exam Cities
The test shall be conducted at the centers decided by the University. The city/cities, centre/centres shall be intimated by the University.

The question paper PMNET (M.Sc Nursing) will be of 3.00 hours duration consisting 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs) carrying 800 marks

– There shall be no negative marking. However the candidates who do not darken the fifth oval in case of unattempted questions introduced for security shall be getting deduction of marks at the rate of one mark per question left in which all the five ovals have been left blank.
– The candidate will have to write his question booklet number and OMR response sheet number on the roll number counter slip as well as on the attendance sheet. The OMR response sheet number should be written on question booklet and question booklet number on the OMR response sheet.

The syllabus for the course shall be the syllabus of B.Sc.(Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) Course prescribed by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
Admit Card / Hall Ticket
The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.
The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.

– Minimum education:10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core / English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under AISSCE / CBSE / ICSE / SSCE / HSCE or other equivalent Board.
– The student shall be medically fit.
– Students appearing in 10+2 examination in Science conducted by National Institute of Open School with 45% marks.

The Tuition fees of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) for 1st year B.Sc Nursing program has to be paid at the counselling centre by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of GITAM Institute of Nursing (College Receipts) payable at Visakhapatnam. How to Apply
i. Prospectus: The candidate is required to go through the Prospectus available online carefully before filling of the online application form. Ensure that no column is left blank.
ii. Online Application Form: A candidate seeking admission through GITAM Nursing Admission Test (GNAT) – 2016 is required to fill up the Application Form available online at www.gitam.edu.
iii. Processing Fee: The processing fee of Rs. 300/- for submission of online application is to be paid through Debit Card / Credit Card (Master / VISA) which is not refundable. After successful payment, the candidate can download the receipt of the acknowledgment.
iv. Submission of Application: The last date for filling of online application is 16th September 2016. After successful payment through online for registration, the candidate will be given access to take a printout of the filled-in application form.

Counselling
Counseling for Admission
i. Based on the result of the GNAT-2016, merit list of the candidates will be displayed on the website on 26th September 2016.
ii. The Counseling for admission to B.Sc. (N) the program will be held at GITAM University, Visakhapatnam campus on 29th September 2016. Details of the
schedule will be intimated in the counselling call letter which can be downloaded from www.gitam.edu.
Counseling Overview
Those called for counselling have to report at the venue on 29 the September 2016 at 9.00 am along with the following documents/certificates in original:
– Counselling Call Letter issued by GITAM University.
– Proof of Date of Birth – SSC or Equivalent Certificate/Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/Revenue office indicating name and date of birth of the candidate.
– Pass certificate and Statement of marks of Intermediate / 10+2 examination from a recognized Central / State / AISSCE / SSCE/ HSCE / National Institute of Open School or other equivalent Board.
– Transfer and Conduct Certificate
– Migration Certificate
– Recent passport size photograph (front pose) 6 copies.
– One set of self-attested photocopies of all the certificates
– Identity Proof (Aadhar card)
