Eligibility Criteria
For M.Sc in Biotechnology Program:
Bachelor’s degree under 10+2+3 pattern of education in Physical, Biological, Agricultural, Veterinary and Fishery Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering/Technology, 4 years B.Sc. (Physician Assistant Course); OR Medicine (MBBS) OR BDS with at least 55% marks.
The candidates who are due to appear in the respective qualifying examination prescribed as eligibility for admission shall also be considered for appearing in the entrance examination. Such of the candidates will be allowed to appear in the entrance examination at their own risk and on the clear stipulation that in the event of their selection, they will be entitled to admission only if they secure the minimum prescribed percentage of marks in their qualifying degree examination and that they will be required to submit all the documents including final mark-sheet of the qualifying examination (indicating the final and overall percentage of marks) before the deadline for admission fixed by the concerned participating University.
For M.Tech in Biotechnology Program:
Candidate should have minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (under grading system) from any recognized university in any one of the following: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Industrial Biotechnology, Leather Technology, Chemistry/Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Technology, B. Pharma, or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biophysics, Microbial Genetics and Bioinformatics.
For M.Sc. in Agri. Biotechnology and M.V.Sc Programs:
Candidates should have bachelor’s degree under 10+2+3/4/5 pattern of education with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point average from any recognized university in the concerned subjects.

How to Apply
A candidate can apply either “Online” or “Offline”.
Online Application: Candidates can apply online on payment of prescribed fee if they have access to a computer, a printer and internet by logging on to JNU website.
Offline Application: Set of application form and prospectus can be obtained through post by sending crossed bank draft for Rs.260/- (Rs. Two Hundred sixty only) drawn in favour of Jawaharlal Nehru University payble at New Delhi alongwith a self addressed (unstamped) envelope of the minimum size of 30 cms x 25 cms clearly indicating the program of study for which the application form is required on the self-addressed envelope to the Section Officer (Admissions), Room No.28, Administrative Block, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi 110067. Candidates seeking a set of application form and prospectus from Nepal are required to send a demand draft of Rs.400/- or equivalent in US Dollars. Money Orders and Cheques are not accepted.

There are different sets of prospectus for each program and, therefore, candidates are advised to apply separately in case they wish to apply for more than one program i.e. (1) For M.Sc. Biotechnology OR (2) For M.Sc. (Agri.)/M.V.Sc. Biotechnology OR (3) For M.Tech Biotechnology program.

Exam Pattern
For M.Tech in Biotechnology: The question paper for entrance examination will be of 3 hours duration consisting of 2 Streams: (i) Technology stream and (ii) Life Sciences stream.
Technology Stream:Part A: Basic Engineering & Technology at under graduate level, Part B: Physics/Chemistry/Maths at under graduate level, Part C: Fundamental Life Sciences and Informatics at 10+2 level.
Life Science Stream: Part A : Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology & Immunology) at post graduate level, Part B: Physics/Chemistry at undergraduate level, Part C : Maths, Computer & Information Sciences at 10+2 level.
For M.Sc Biotechnology: The question paper for the entrance examination will be of three hours duration and divided into two parts:
Part-A will have multiple choice type questions at the level of 10+2 in the subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. The candidates will be required to attempt 60 questions: total marks for part A will be of 60 marks. There will be negative marking and for each wrong answer, ½ (half) mark will be deducted.
Part-B will also have multiple-choice questions of Bachelor’s level requiring thinking and analysis. There will be questions from Physics, Mathematics, Biology (e.g., Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics and Molecular Biology) and Chemistry. The candidates will be required to attempt 60 questions

Eligibility Criteria
For Bachelor of Pharmacy: Pass in 10+2/12th examination in Science stream from a recognized central/state board or its equivalent either in 2012 or 2011 with a minimum of 60% of marks.

Hall tickets will be sent to candidates by post one week before the date of commencement of entrance test. Admit Card / Hall Ticket
The admit card of the candidate applying for GSAT 2017 will be available on the official site .After the announcement of hall ticket the candidate able to download the card by filling up the application number. Candidate can download and take the print out of their admit card. The hall ticket would be available online by 2017.
Results
Every year the entrance examination GITAM Science Admission Test 2017 is conducted in the month of May and the results are declared in the month of June. The result of the applicants will be available on the official website where students can mention their enrolment number and can check their results. If the candidate is qualified in the exam then he/she is eligible for counselling process.
Counselling

Minimum Percentage
– All of you appearing for the exam and opting for different subjects should keep this information in mind.
– Those of you applying for BDS and MBBS need to have secured a total of 60 percent in the qualifying exam with subjects like physics, chemistry and biology.
– Those of you applying for Nursing need to have secured a total of 50 percent marks in the qualifying exam with subjects like physics, chemistry and biology.

How to Apply
Candidates who are interested to give MAHER University MBBS needs to fill the application form and pay the registration fees. Candidate need to follow the mentioned below steps:-
– The online application starts from April 2017
– Candidates need to fill the application form by mentioning the personal details
– Candidates need to pay Application fee
– The last date to fill the application form will be by May 2017
– Application Form for UG Courses: Brochure and Application form for MBBS & BDS may be obtained in person on payment of Rs.1000/- by cash and Rs.500/- for B.Sc (N) Degree Course
– To receive the application by post the candidate should send a requisition letter along with a Demand Draft for Rs.1100/- or Rs.600/- as the case may be drawn in favour of the “Registrar, MAHER” payable at Chennai
– The Application form can also be downloaded and submitted along with a Demand Draft for Rs.1000/- for MBBS & BDS Degree Courses and Rs.500/- for B.Sc (N) Degree Course
– Application Form for Super Speciality Courses: Brochure and Application Form for D.M. & M.Ch may be obtained in person on payment of Rs.2000/- by cash. To receive the application by post the candidate should send a requisition letter along with a Demand Draft for Rs.2100/- as the case may be drawn in favour of the “Registrar, MAHER” payable at Chennai
Exam Pattern
- MAHER CET Exam 2017 comprises of Objective type questions
- Each every correct answer will be provided 3 marks each.
- Negative Marking prevails. Each wrong answer will lose 1 marks each.
- Questions will be asked graduate level from Biology and Zoology in MAHER CET Exam

Admit Card / Hall Ticket
The hall ticket of the candidate will be available on the official site of the MAHER University. After the announcement of admit card the candidate able to download the card by filling up the application number. Candidate can download and take the print out of their admit card. The hall ticket will be available a week prior to the examination date.
Note: Admit card will not be send by post, candidates are supposed to download the admit card from the official site only.
Results
Every year the entrance examination is conducted where the results are declared by June 2017.
Counselling
Shortlisted candidates are supposed to login in to the official site and check their counselling dates. Selected candidates have to carry their original mark-sheets and certificates at the time of counselling and if they fail to carry their original certificates and mark-sheets their admission will be cancelled. Downloaded mark-sheets and certificates are not allowed. The counselling process information kindly visit official website.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification For MBBS
Aspiring candidates should have Passed in Plus Two or equivalent in the first attempt from a recognized Board or University with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology taken together and 60 % marks in English. For SC/ST candidates minimum marks required is 50%
Age Limits
Minimum of 17 years and a maximum of 23 years as on 31st December 2017 as per records. Those who appear for the qualifying examination in March / April can also apply.
Educational Qualification for B.Sc Allied Health Sciences
- Pass in plus two with 50% Marks with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English.
- First class in plus two with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English. (For Medical Redio Technology)
- Pass in plus two with not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Computer-Science/ Statistics/Electronics/Psychology. (For Bachelor of Audiology)

Admit Card / Hall Ticket
Admit card download from university website.
The candidate should also dowload ehall ticket from University official website.
The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.
The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.
Results
a) Rank list is likely to be published on Amrita University’s website by 2nd week of June. Candidates can access by using their admit card numbers and date of birth. Results will also be displayed on the Notice Boards in the School of Medicine.
Counselling
Further dates for Counseling will be announced depending upon the availability of seats.
Note: Please note that candidates who have applied for Amrita University for Admissions to MBBS/ BDS Courses with NEET All India Overall Rank only are eligible to attend the counseling. Candidates attending should satisfy the eligibility requirement as per the NEET information Brochure and the minimum eligibility requirements as prescribed by the Medical Council of India & Dental Council of India regulations for admission to MBBS and BDS course. How to Apply
- Candidates can simply download the application form from the official website Or,
- Candidates can collect the application form directly from the cash counter at the administrative office of Annamalai University. Candidates can pay the fee for application form via cash. Or,
- Candidates can request for application form via post. For the same they need to send a demand draft of prescribed amount along with a request letter.

Admit Card / Hall Ticket
Candidates will be capable to download their respective AU AIMEE 2017 admit card few days before entrance test. The process, candidates should follow while downloading the admit card is as follows:
- Visit official website and go to the “News & Events” section.
- Search the link for AU AIMEE 2017 admit card and hit the same.
- Now put some information of your registration and click the link submit.
- Finally print your admit card.
Results
AU AIMEE 2017 result will be probably published in the month of July, 2017. After releasing of the result candidates will be able to view their result from the official website only.
Counselling
Please go through the information furnished below about AU AIMEE 2017 counselling process:
- Qualified candidates will get the call letter via speed post. In case a candidate is qualified but he/she don’t get the counselling call letter is allowed to attend the counselling event on the given date and time.
- All admission information also will be sent to candidates on their registered mobile number.
- Admission process will be based on merit of candidates and availability of seats.
- Candidates will also need to pay the counseling fee of Rs. 5000 at the time of counselling. This amount is non-refundable.
- Candidates who are eligible for counselling are required to reach the counselling centre before 1 hour.
- It is instructed to all candidates who are eligible for counselling process to bring following documents along with them at the time of counselling:
10th and 12th certificate and mark sheet,
Transfer/Migration certificate,
Permanent community certificate, if necessary,
4 recent passport size photograph,
