The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) invites online application from aspiring candidates to appear in the 13th Edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) July 2020. The test will be conducted on July 5, 2020 in 20 languages across India, for a candidate to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for Classes I to VIII. Qualifying Marks & Award of CTET Certificate
| A person who scores 60% or more in the TET exam will be considered as TET pass. |
| School managements (Govt., local bodies, government aided and unaided) may consider giving concessions to persons belonging to SC/ST, OBC, differently abled persons, etc.in accordance with their extant reservation policy. |
| Qualifying the CTET would not confer a right on any person for recruitment/employment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment. |
Validity Period of CTET Certificate
| The Validity Period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of the result for all categories. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET Certificate. |
| A person who has qualified CTET may also appear again for improving his/her Score. |
CTET 2020 Exam Centres
| List of Examination Cities where the CTET will be conducted is given in Appendix-Ill. Candidates are required to give Four Different Options in order of their preference. |
| While every effort will be made to allot a Centre in one of the places opted by the candidate, the Board reserves its discretion to allot a Centre other than that of Candidate’s choice anywhere in India. |
| In case the number of candidates in any of the notified City is very less for running the Exam Centre or any other specific reason, the Board at its discretion may not conduct the Exam in that City and the Candidate who opted that city as 1st Choice may be allotted Exam Centres in other city opted as 2nd or 3rd or 4thchoice or any other city. |
CTET 2020 Admit Card
| The candidates may download Admit Card from CTET official website only and appear for the exam at the given Centre. In case of any discrepancy noticed in admit card regarding particulars of candidate, photograph and signature or any other information vary from confirmation page, he/she may immediately contact CTET unit for necessary corrections. |
| In case the confirmation page is not generated after depositing the requisite fees, the candidate should approach the Joint Secretary (CTET), CTET Unit. |
| The candidates shall report at the Exam Centre 90 minutes before the commencement of the exam. Candidate report at the exam centre after 9:30 AM shall not be allowed to sit in Paper-I and candidate report after 2:00 PM shall not be allowed to sit in Paper-II |

TISS BAT 2020-23
- TISS has launched the Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the academic year 2012. Candidates are invited to apply for the 2020-2023 academic year.
- TISS is a Tata Institute of Social Sciences that every year conducts an Entrance Test called Bachelor’s Admission Test (BAT). Through the test, it offers admissions to the eligible aspirants in various BA Programs. All desired candidates can apply at the official website. Eligibility Criteria for TISS BAT 2020
- Before starting with the application process of TISS BAT 2020, the candidates must check the eligibility to apply for TISS BAT 2020 from below:
a) Tuljapur – B.A.(Hons.) in Social Work with specialisation in Rural Development
- Duration: The duration of this Bachelor’s Degree Program is six semesters.
- Eligibility: Students should have passed 12th Class or Intermediate in any subject stream from a Recognised Board. Students who have studied International Baccalaureate Diploma and will be completing 12th class with clear results declared by June 2020 are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have appeared for their 12th class or Intermediate final exams and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply. Final pass result should be produced at the time of joining the program, if selected.
- Age Limit: Candidate should be less than 23 years of age at the time of appearing for the Bachelors Admission Test, as on April 24, 2020. Applications from candidates over this age will not be entertained
b) Guwahati – Three Year BA Program in Social Sciences
- Eligibility: Students should have passed 12th Class or Intermediate in any subject stream from a Recognised Board. Students who have studied International Baccalaureate Diploma and will be completing 12th class with clear results declared by June 2020 are eligible to apply.

Reservation Offered via TISS BAT 2020
- Reservation of seats is as per Govt. of India requirements – 15% for Scheduled Castes, 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes, 27% for Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) and 1% for Kashmiri Migrants
- The 3% for Persons with Disability as per Disability Act (which is 1% each reserved for persons with (a) Low Vision/Blindness, (b) Hearing Impairment, and (c) Learning Disability/Cerebral Palsy) and 5% for Arm Forces (Supernumerary Quota, respectively)
- The TISS Guwahati Campus has been established with support from the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDONER), Govt. of India
- The campus is expected to benefit students from the eight States in the region. 66% of the seats will be proportionately distributed amongst the eight North-eastern States (seats allocated to each of the states will follow the reservation norms of that State); and 34% of the seats for students from the rest of India (Govt. of India reservation norms applied to these seats)
Selection Procedure
Model and marks of the entrance test (B.A. in Social Sciences)
- The entrance test will be of 90 minutes duration and the total marks will be 100
- Part A – will be a 60-minute test with multiple-choice questions on current affairs, social awareness and logical and analytical reasoning, carrying 60 marks.
- Part B – will be a written test with a set of descriptive questions in English. Candidate is expected to write two short answers in 30 minutes carrying 40 marks. It is compulsory for the candidates to attempt both the parts and make sure that they qualify in both the modes
- Details will be notified on the TISS website at the time of declaration of the results
Both Part A & Part B will have separate cut off marks for evaluation.
- A demo version of the test and a model question will be available on www.camputiss.edu site one month prior to the entrance test, for the candidates to be familiar with the test. Model and marks of the entrance test for BA (Hons) in Social Work and B.A. in Social Sciences programmes admission process consists of two parts.
- The first stage is the entrance test which will be of 90 minutes duration and the total marks will be 100. There will be two parts A & B.
- Part A will be a 60 minute test with multiple choice questions on current affairs, social awareness and logical and analytical reasoning, carrying 60 marks.
- Part B will be a written test with a set of descriptive questions in English. A candidate is expected to write two short answers in 30 minutes carrying 40 marks. It is compulsory for the candidates to attempt both parts and qualify in both the modes. This stage of the test will be the same for BA Social Sciences and BA Social Work.
- A computer based entrance test will be held on April 25, 2020 at designated Test Centres.
- Candidates are expected to give preference for 1 centre in the online application.
- Candidates cannot change this choice through a phone call or email or in person.
- The Institute reserves the right to direct the candidate to one of the Centres chosen by the candidate or to another nearest Centre.

Eligibility Criteria for DTU MBA Admission 2020
| A candidate who has passed any Bachelor’s degree examination with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent GGPA from a recognised university/institution is eligible to apply. However, a relaxation of 10% to SC/ST candidates shall be given in eligibility criteria. |

Eligibility Criteria for NMIMS M. Pharm and M. Pharm plus MBA Admission 2020
| The Basic qualification criteria for the purpose of admission to M. Pharm /M. Pharm + MBA program shall be that the candidate must have passed B. Pharm examination with 55% of marks from any of the recognized University. |
| M. Pharm/ M. Pharm + MBA Program are full-time programs. As per prevailing rules attendance is mandatory for all the students, including Industry Sponsored students, admitted in M. Pharm + MBA program. |
| Industry-sponsored candidates would be preferred, provided they fulfill the requirements (as under above qualification) including NOC (No objection certificate) from the employer. |
| Those candidates who are appearing for B. Pharm. examination from a recognized University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must produce in writing from the University concerned, the equivalent percentage for the GPA / CGPA. |
| The candidates who are appearing for final year of B. Pharm examination are eligible to apply. |
| A candidate whose final mark-sheet is not available at the time of admission are required to submit an internet copy of the result duly attested by the Principal of the college, failing which candidate will not be admitted to the program. |
| Submission of AIU equivalence certificate to confirm the eligibility for the program is mandatory for those candidates who have completed B. Pharm from Overseas University. |
