- BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech – Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering with necessary experience.
Job Summary:
- To maintain and update the preventive maintenance planner and checklist for equipment as per procedure.
- To verify spares received from supplier for process equipment.
- To perform and verify the corrective maintenance work order.
- To perform and verify completed preventive maintenance work order for proper execution of preventive maintenance activity in respective software as per procedure.
- To raise non-conformity for any abnormality observed in maintenance, process and operation of equipment.
- To prepare user requirement specifications for new equipment or process.
- To verify availability and reliability of all production equipment by monitoring and controlling electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- To verify water system operation and its documentation as per standard operating procedures.
- To implement installation of new equipment as per validation protocol within the defined timeline.
- To execute equipment modification for compliance of statutory or regulatory and safety requirements.
- To issue document from respective software as per requirement
- To prepare investigation report for non-conformity or complaints as per requirement
- To ensure preventive maintenance activity should be performed as per monthly preventive maintenance schedule.
- To review preventive maintenance work order and prepare annual preventive maintenance review at the end of year.
- To raise work order against service log according to procedure and assign same for work execution.
- To raise requirements of spares and maintain stock of recommended spares, consumables minimum inventory level for critical equipment.
- To maintain documentation system in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) norms.
- To ensure issuance of spares which is used in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activity.
Skills:
- To ensure implementation of standard operating procedure and seek for corrective and preventive
- Action, if any gaps are observed.
- To prepare monthly breakdown maintenance report.
- In the absence of process equipment engineer, process equipment supervisor will ensure these roles
- and responsibilities.
- To check and reject or release material receipt inspection note.
- To inform quality assurance, production and technical manager about any abnormalities identified
- during maintenance activity or routine operation.
- To inform manager/process equipment supervisor in case of any observations identified during PM
- activity.
- To execute lean maintenance activity in process equipment as per process equipment
- supervisor/manager guidance.
- To execute energy saving related project in process equipment as per process equipment
- supervisor/manager guidance.
- Identify hazard ID and report in respective portal.
- To ensure safety CAPA closure on time.
- To ensure zero recordable injury in Department and campus as well.
- To ensure training completion before due date of training.
- To perform the task, assigned by manager/process equipment supervisor.
- To achieve target of all assigned department KPI.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and result oriented.
