- Undergraduate CS, Engineering, Science, or Math degree or MBA.
- Experience managing products through entire life cycle – from inception to launch.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.

Job Description:
- The Emerging Payments team at Amazon India is searching for software developers that are passionate about designing and building the next generation Payments solution from the ground up. Once completed, this extremely reliable and scalable system will provide hundreds of millions of Amazon India consumers with a new payment channel.
- AWS Dacia, AWS Kinesis, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Server side encryption on DynamoDB utilising client managed keys, API Gateways, AWS VPC, AWS NLB, Cloud trail, Elastic search, and other AWS technologies will be required of the team.
- The platform will be developed to help other rising economies with comparable needs, and the role will give developers a great opportunity to build a strong patent portfolio for Amazon.
- The team’s developers should have a solid understanding of computer basics and, ideally, expertise designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with web-based and/or web services-based systems, particularly at a large scale, would be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Insatiable will to learn and get stuff done.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
