Microsoft GTSC is a part of Microsoft’s Customer Service and Support (CSS) group, which has sites across the Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Greater China. It was founded in October of 2003 in India. The CSS organisation at Microsoft covers over 170 Microsoft products, ranging from consumer to enterprise customers. This covers MSN and Home and Entertainment products, as well as more technically advanced items such as Developer Support and Enterprise Platform Support, Enterprise Messaging Support, and Enterprise Business Applications Support. Eligibility Criteria

A bachelor’s, master’s, or master’s degree in computer science or a related quantitative subject with a minimum CGPA of 7.5/10 is required. The 2022 batch
Ability to produce well-crafted, clean code that prioritises quality, simplicity, durability, and maintainability.
When implementing solutions, keep the customer’s perspective and experiences in mind.
Demonstrate the capacity to complete projects on schedule while also adapting to change.
Provide estimates; author validation tests; and resolve issues in a timely manner.
