Job Description:

Microservices based on voice are docker containerized microservices that can be deployed in Azure, AWS, or any private cloud provider. It serves as the foundation for Genesys contact centre products’ voice channel solutions. In order to launch and scale the services, Kubernetes is employed as an orchestrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Self-motivated to develop in-depth technical domain knowledge so that new product needs and technical designs can be effectively reviewed.
• Within the immediate and larger teams, adopting and promoting best practises.
• In order to plan tests, review Functional Specifications and other input materials.
• For new product features, create test strategies, test environments, and test scenarios.
• To increase test efficiency, adopt an automate-first mindset.
• Estimate the amount of time it will take to complete the test.
• Testing of the product’s many components on a feature-by-feature and integrated system-by-system basis.
• Debugging and accurate reporting of deviations from expected outcomes noticed during testing.
• Product documentation is examined.
• Interact with other teams such as engineering, technical publications, and technical support, and provide feedback on system behaviour throughout testing.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for customer-reported faults and devise strategies to prevent such problem escapes in future versions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with extensive programming expertise is required. Should have 02 years of software industry experience.
• Strong hands-on Python, NodeJS, Java, or C programming experience is required.
• Should be able to test extremely well.
• For automating Test Cases, you need be able to code and script.
• Communication abilities that are exceptional
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with other team members.
