ADP Off campus 2023 drive: Responsibilities

• Observe GlobalView configuration guidelines and standards
• Follow ADP guidelines and procedures
• Whenever necessary, offer your clientele consultancy services.
• Assist with the investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing, and solution documentation for post-live issue remediation within the Service Level Agreement timeframes.
• Create functional and technical requirements as well as change request forms.
• Ensure that the GlobalView Product Manager is informed of any customer demands that the existing solution does not sufficiently satisfy.
• Review the Support Pack setup in accordance with the requirements. Work with Managed Service Associates and Leads to give a solution after the support pack application’s subsequent configuration and testing activities. Right the First Time
• Provide opportunity for technical services and operations staff to exchange pertinent expertise.
• Provide managed service team with cross-functional training on handling payroll questions
• Make sure current understanding of the ADP GlobalView SAP application and related services is upheld
• Support after hours as arranged with the client, team leader, or manager
• Take on additional assignments as directed
