Job Description :

As a Management Trainee/Analyst, you will work on client-specific projects wherein you
will be expected to leverage your analytical skills in assisting managers and project
teams with effective execution of various research projects. While working on projects,
you will be trained and tested by the firm on number of job-critical skills that are
required to be an independent execution resource at Grail Insights.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with project teams, gather required information, and find relevant themes using a
broad set of tools (e.g. subscription databases, the Internet, print media, company
representatives, external research organizations, and telephonic interviews with industry
experts)
• Utilize both secondary and primary (interview, survey) research sources and techniques
• Organize, analyze, synthesize and/or summarize data and information using
appropriate analytical tools. Conduct quantitative (statistical analysis, financial data
analysis, etc.) and qualitative analysis (in-depth interviews, etc.) as required
• Communicate research results through the structured end-products(memos,
spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.)
• Adhere to in-house processes and project deadlines

• Strong verbal and oral communication skills
• Team player and excellent interpersonal skills
