Job Description:
- Analyze and address incidents that are detected through routine monitoring and analysis, as well as external reporting.
- Analyze complex service-related issues and make recommendations for appropriate solutions.
- Customization of services and service preparations are available.
- Clients have requested that you perform bulk configuration.
- To avoid abnormalities, data is compared across platforms.
- Creating different network profiles for different clients.
Job Requirements:-
- Linux – Advanced Level
- SQL – Advanced Level
- SS7 – Advanced Level
- Knowledge of Database– SQL, ORACLE
- Knowledge of GSM
- 0-2 years of experience as a Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 support engineer
