Job Description :
- Provide Testsigma customers with round-the-clock enterprise support to assist them resolve/automate complex test cases.

Debug customer-written automated test cases and assist them in correcting them, as well as provide best practises for avoiding such errors in the future. For Daily Job Notifications & Quiz in your mail box us , register here
- On behalf of the customer, automate the most complicated test cases and lead them through the tests you’ve prepared.
- On forums, respond to public questions about Testsigma. Contribute actively to the public and internal knowledge bases
- With our tutorials, you may provide technical support to customers while automating their test cases.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams to quickly resolve product issues and offer product improvement suggestions.

Skills Required :
- 0-1 year experience in Test Automation/ QA/Development or equivalent training
- Excellent command over written & spoken English and ability to simplify and convey complex technical issues to customers
