Eligibility Criteria

The candidates should go satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

  • The Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
  • Candidate should have passed 12th class from recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Maths with 50% marks.
  • For Lateral Entry, Candidates, who have done diploma in engineering or B.Sc., can also apply.

Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for this test.

For Industrial Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Bioprocessing and Genetic Engineering with Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology

Application Fee

The Application fee for BEEE 2020 is Rs. 900/-. The Application fee can be paid by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.

Candidates can also pay the application fee by using Demand Draft drawn in the name of Bharath University, payable at Chennai. Extra 50/- will be charged by the bank in case of Demand Draft. Candidates can also pay the application fee in cash at the office counter of the university.

How to Apply

The candidates can apply online as well as through offline mode. The form can be bought from the university also after paying the application fee in cash or in the form of DD. After filling the form, Candidates can submit the application form to the address of the Bharath University, Chennai.

Apply through Online Mode:

For applying through online mode, the candidates should following these steps:

  • The candidate should visit the official website of Bharath University i.e. www.bharathuniv.ac.in.
  • Locate the link of BEEE Application Form 2020. Click Apply Online and fill the online application form completely.
  • Make the payments online using credit card / debit card or netbanking.
  • Then Upload the scanned photo and signature etc. Click Submit
  • The candidate should take the print-out for any future use.

Exam Pattern

Objective type Multi Choice Questions will be asked in the question paper. One mark will be awarded for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking for wrong answers. Questions will be asked from the following subjects:

Total 100 Marks

Counselling

The Counselling process will start in the month of July 2020.

Candidates will be selected to get admission after counselling process. candidates, whose name will come under merit list, will be eligible for the counselling process. Seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of ranks obtained in the BEEE 2020. It is compulsory to attend counselling to get the admission. Eligibility Criteria

– The applicant should have passed or appeared in the 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination conducted by CBSE, ISCE, any State Board, the NIOS or the High School Certificate (HSC) Examination conducted under the direction of Cambridge University.

– Candidates who have passed or appeared for the two-year Pre-University or Intermediate Exam conducted by a recognised University or Board will also be permitted to take up the scholarship eligibility test.
Candidates who will be appearing for the qualifying exam in April/May 2020 will also be allowed to appear for the Engineering Entrance Exam.

– Students pursuing a Full Time, Regular and Formal academic or vocational course from a recognised higher secondary school or Junior college as stipulated by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi will also be considered eligible to apply.

– The qualifying exam should have been passed by applicants with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and Biology or Chemistry as optional subjects.

– Applicants are also required to have secured a minimum aggregate score of 135/300 or 270/600 in PCM in case they belong to the General category and 120/300 or 240/600 if they belong to the reserved category.

– Candidates are also to note that the aggregate percentage will not be rounded off.

– Only candidates who have not attained 24 years of age as on 31 August 2020 will be taken into consideration.

– In specific cases, however, the benefit of age relaxation may be extended by the management.

-The candidates can pay the application fees through cash payment,online mode of payment & DD.

-The candidates can pay the application fees through DD in favour of Vel Tech Dr RR & Dr SR Technical University.

How to Apply

– As VTUEEE 2020 exam is organised two times in years and thus candidates need to submit a separate application for each phase.

– Candidates can obtain the application form for both the phases from November 2016 onwards.

– Important highlights of the application procedure are as follows:

– Candidates need to apply for the test in online mode and pay the requisite amount of fee via net banking/debit card/credit card

– It’ll be also possible to obtain the form through the post and for the same candidates need to send a request letter along with the demand draft of Rs. 750/- that needs to be drawn in favour of Vel Tech Dr RR & Dr SR Technical University, payable at Chennai.

– Otherwise, the form can be purchased from selected branches of head post offices with the payment of Rs. 750/-

Exam Pattern

The actual exam pattern for VITEEE 2020 will be announced in the month of November 2019, when the information brochure will be released. However, many changes are not expected. Hence, the candidates may check the previous year exam pattern and start the preparation as per it.

Counselling

The VTUEEE 2020 Exam will comprise of three parts Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
The test duration is of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The Exam Paper will consist of multiple choice questions only.
No provision of Negative Marking and each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark each.

Candidates should attend the counselling in person and bring their documents in original along with the 2 sets of photocopies of all the documents for verification.

Reservation Criteria

Admission into various courses of study shall be made on the basis of AUEET-2020 Rank and eligibility criteria subject to the rule of reservation as detailed below:

Local Candidates:

In every course of study 85% of the available seats in each course and category are reserved in favour of the Local Candidates from the districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasam belonging to Andhra University area.

Other Categories Of Reservation:

The allocation of a percentage of seats as detailed below is as per G.O.M.S.No.184, Education (EC-2) Department, it. 20-8-1993, and G.O.M.S.No.116 SW(CV-1) dt. 10-12-1999 as amended up to date: (a) Scheduled Castes (SC):15%; Scheduled Tribes (ST): 6%; Listed Backward Classes (BC: 29%, A-7%, B-10%, C-1%, D-7% and E-4%) NCC: 1%; Sports: 0.5%; Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP): 2% .
– PH: 3% of seats be filled by following the horizontal method of reservation. 33.33% of the seats in each course shall be reserved in favour of women candidates in each category.
– 5% supernumerary seats in each course are available to candidates belonging to the Other States.
– 15% supernumerary seats are available to Foreign students in each course as per the D.O.No.F.1-30/94 (CPP-11) of UGC subject to their eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria

– Students securing 60% aggregate in Class X and Class XII or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects.

– Final year students of Class XII or its equivalent awaiting examination results may also apply.

– Applicants should have completed 12 years of formal schooling in order to apply for the program. Admission will be offered based on scores secured in ATIT 2020 / JEE (Main) 2020 / State Level / Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests (2020).

– The applicant should fulfil the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective Board through which the applicant has appeared for the qualifying examination. If an applicant is found ineligible for whatever reasons even after admission into the Program, his/her admission will be cancelled. All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates / documents of the students. The decision of the Admissions Committee regarding eligibility of any applicant shall be final.

How to Apply

Admission Test for IcfaiTech (ATIT) is an All India Admission Test conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad for students seeking admission into the B.Tech. Program. ATIT 2020 is an aptitude test conducted in the following modes.

(1) Online Test:

Computer Based Test (CBT) format. The test is scheduled from Second Week of May 2020. The test is of 2 hours duration and is conducted in 2-3 sessions per day at test centers all over India.

The steps to apply online are given below:
– The candidates have to fill the ATIT Application Form.
– After that a candidate has to pay the ATIT 2020 Application Fee online via Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking.
Upload your recent size coloured photograph in JPEG Format. The size of the photograph must be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.
– Take the Printout of the ATIT 2020 Application Form.

(2) Offline Test:

Paper Based Test (PBT) format. The test is conducted on First Week of May 2020. The test is of 2 hours duration conducted at select cities (Agartala, Aizawl, Baddi, Dehradun, Dimapur, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Lucknow, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Shillong, Tura, Varanasi and Vijayawada). The answers have to be marked in the specially designed OMR answer sheet which will be provided at the time of the admission test.

Both online & offline tests constitute objective type questions in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English in multiple choice format. There will be 30 questions in each of the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English, as per the syllabus.

Students interested in appearing for ATIT 2020 can apply by any one of the following methods:
A) OMR Application Form
Applicants are required to fill up the OMR Application Form enclosed and send it to the Admissions Officer, ATIT at Hyderabad.

B) Online Application
Applicants can apply online by filling up the Application Form available at www.icfaiuniversity.in/atit and make payment of Rs. 700 towards the cost using Credit/Debit Card (Visa / Master Card / Internet Banking) through secure internet payment gateway. Applicants applying online should upload their passport size color photograph while filling the Online Application. The ATIT Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.

Admission Procedure for candidates appearing in ATIT 2020.
Provisional admission is given based on the marks secured by the student in the ATIT 2020, subject to the student satisfying the eligibility criteria of admission. All applicants who are offered provisional admission will be required to produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) on or before 3rd Week of September 2020, failing which such provisional admission will stand cancelled.

Admission Procedure for candidates applying based on JEE (Main) 2020 / State Level / Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests (2020).

Candidates applying for admission on the above basis will be offered admission into the B.Tech. Program based on their scores in JEE (Main) 2020 / State Level/ Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests (2020). Candidates may also appear in both ATIT 2020 and other tests in order to enhance the chances of getting admission.

All candidates seeking admission based on the above test scores, should indicate their respective test Application Number in the OMR Application Form. They also have to submit the attested photocopy of the score card on or before Last Week of May 2020. Please note that the selection of the candidates will be withheld in case of non-receipt of the test score card before the due date.

Paper Pattern

Candidates must check the ATIT Exam Pattern before starting their preparation, as this will help guide their efforts in the right direction and will enhance their chances of doing well on the test. All students who have qualified the ATIT 2020 exam will be called for further round of counselling process via a call letter. Apart from ATIT 2020, scores of JEE Mains 2020 and other state / national level exams will also be accepted for admission purpose. ATIT 2020 Counselling will be conducted by IFCAI University.

The process of seat allotment will be conducted online purely on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in various exams, as mentioned above. The seats will be allotted to the candidates, depending on their preference and availability. Candidates are advised to consider their options carefully before filling in their choices for seat allotment process.

The candidates will be required to submit original documents and certificates for the purpose of verification. One set of attested photocopies will also have to be provided. The original certificates may be returned to the candidates after a week of the verification. The list of documents needed for the ATIT 2020 counselling process is given below:

Lovely Professional University conducts its own test LPUNEST (National Entrance & Scholarship Test). This test forms the basis of eligibility for some of the programmes and scholarship for most of the programmes. The scholarship is offered on the basis of performance in LPUNEST in all the programmes of the University except Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed.) programme. The amount of scholarship depends on the fee of the programme, date of admission and performance of the student in LPUNEST.

(a) Applicant Registration Details
Applicant will click whether he/she has obtained Application ticket or not.
Applicant should fill the personal information.
It is mandatory to provide valid email id.

OPTION-I BOOKING OF THE SLOT BY THE APPLICANT
– Online Test booking system is a web based online scheduling system available at www.lpu.in which will be activated on 1st March 2020.
– Applicants can book centre, date and time as per their own convenience.
– Applicant has to book the test from 1st March 2020 to 5th April 2020.
– Slot bookings are done on the first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability. So it is strongly advised that applicant should book their exam slot at the earliest to avoid any inconvenience later on.

OPTION-II BOOKING OF THE SLOT BY UNIVERSITY
– University will allot any one date (preferably from the given choices) for the exam as per the availability of exam slots. University will process the request for exam slot within 48 hours after receiving the application form. However, all applications received before 1st March 2020 will be processed on 1st March 2020 only as Online Slot Management System will be activated on 1st March 2020.

– Applicant has to visit www.lpu.in regularly and is required to fill username and password to check the allocated slot for the test.
In the case of non-availability of slots out of the 5 choices filled by the applicant or due to any postal delay, the university may allocate any other date to the applicant.

Syllabus

Paper Pattern / Exam Pattern

The test duration is of 120 minutes and consists of 90 multiple choice questions (MCQ) of the objective type.

The approximate distribution of questions is as follows:

Chemistry 30 questions
Mathematics 30 questions
Biology 30 questions
Applicants can opt for either Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Language of the entrance test shall be English only.Each question carries four marks. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers or unanswered questions

Scholarship

Scholarship on the basis of performance in LPUNEST is available for all Programmes of the University except Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)
Scholarship for a specific Programme depends on Performance in LPUNEST. There are four brackets:
– Marks >= 90% in LPUNEST
– Top 10% students in LPUNEST
– Next 10% (11% to 20%) students in LPUNEST
– Next 15% (21% to 35%) students in LPUNEST

Fees of the Programme: Five Brackets of Scholarship are defined as per fee of the Programme. Scholarship applicable in Phase – I (till 31st May) and Phase-II (till 30th June) except B.Tech. programmes will be as per the following table.

Admit Card / Hall Ticket

The candidate should also dowload ehall ticket from University official website.

The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.

The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.

Cutoff

Candidates have who score more than cut off Marks would feature in the merit list. Candidates names included in the merit list will be called for counselling rounds. Candidates can check previous years cut off marks to get an idea of Cut off for the current year as cut off will be declared after the declaration of Result.

Answer Key

Lovely Professional University (LPU) declare the official answer key for LPUNEST exam. Candidates can check their answers by subject wise in the official website. If there any complaints in the marks the candidates send their doubts before the last date.

Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses

B.Tech/Dual Degree in Engg/Dual Degree in Management

– Pass or appearing at 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects

– In respect of the candidates belonging to SC/ST & OBC the marks secured in Physics, Chemistry and Biology took together in qualifying exam can be 40% instead of 50% for General Candidates
– For PH candidates qualifying exam, marks are 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology took together. As per MCI & DCI guidelines, candidates have to secure at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology) taken together in the entrance test

Instructions for SAAT 2020 Online Application Form

Check that the online application form has been properly and completely filled up (For details regarding filling up the application form refer the SAAT 2020 information brochure).

Application process: Incomplete application will not be accepted. Please follow the below-mentioned process below to complete your application process.

Step 1 Fill up Name, Date of Birth, Email and Mobile Number

Step 2 Receive One Time Password (OTP) at the given Mobile Number and Email ID.

Step 3 Enter OTP to proceed to application form.

Step 4 Complete the application form information as required and proceed to payment. All candidates are requested to keep the scanned copy of Photo and Signature to upload during filling up the application form. (Recent Colour passport size Photograph)

Step 5 Select the payment method -Online payment (Debit / Credit Card of any bank is accepted)

Step 6 The Online payment method will redirect to the Merchant gateway. You need to fill up your card information and pay for the same and ensure the amount displayed is Rs. 500 /-. Syllabus

Paper Pattern

There will be multiple-choice questions.

– The number of questions will be 60 per each hour of exam

– SAAT exam duration is one hour.

– Each question shall have four probable answers with only one is correct answer, and the examinee shall have blackened only the correct circle with HB pencil or black/blue ballpoint pen

– Each correct answer shall carry four marks whereas each incorrect answer will lead to deduction of one mark. Each unanswered question will carry zero mark

– If more than one circle is darkened for one question, it will be treated as an incorrect answer and one mark will be deducted

– Each question is followed by answers, which have numbers A, B, C and D. Select the correct answer

– Then by using HB pencil or black/blue pen darken the circle bearing the correct answer in the answer sheet against the corresponding number of the question

Admit Card / Hall Ticket

The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.

The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.

Exam Results

The candidates are also advised to download the Rank Cards from the website after publication of results.

How to check the SAAT Result

• Initially, candidates should visit the official website
• Then Click the Result link
• Then enter “Roll number” and press submit
• Then your SAAT 2019 result will be displayed on screen.
• You can download, save plus print your result immediately.
