Eligibility Criteria
A candidate who fulfil the following criteria shall be eligible to appear for the Entrance Test, namely:-
– He is a citizen of India
– He has studied and passed in the courses leading to the award of Bachelor degree in Ayush specified in clause (iv) below in colleges recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) or Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH) and Government of India and affiliated to any University established by Law and located in Karnataka State; or
– Candidate must be of the Karnataka origin who had studied Bachelor’s degrees specified in clause (iv) below in colleges outside the State of Karnataka recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine or Central Council of Homoeopathy and Government of India and affiliated to any University established by Law in India; Explanation: “Candidate of Karnataka origin means who or his parents (Father or Mother) has been a resident of Karnataka State for a period of not less than ten years and who produce a domicile certificate from the concerned Tahsildar to that effect.
– Minimum qualification for admission to Post Graduate degree courses In the case of,
(a) For MD and MS (Ayurveda) – He/she has a BAMS Degree.
(b) For MD (Yoga and Naturopathy) – He/she has a BNYS Degree.
(c) For MD (Homoeopathy) – He/she has a BHMS Degree.
– The Candidate must not have attained the age of 45 years as on the last date fixed for submission of an application to Post Graduate Degree Entrance Test.
– The Candidates who have completed or are completing compulsory rotatory internship on or before the last date fixed for submission of an application to entrance test.
– A Candidate, who is already holding or perusing a Post-Graduate Degree in any speciality of AYUSH System shall not be eligible to appear for the test regarding admission to any Post- Graduate Degree Course.

Reservation Criteria
(1) Seats shall be reserved in favour of persons belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes and other backwards classes (Category I, IIA, IIB, IIIA and IIIB) to such extent as may be notified by the State Government under Article 15 (4) of the constitution. Seats shall also be reserved in favour of physically handicapped to the extent specified in sub-rule (2). Seats shall also be reserved to such extent specified in rule 11 sub-rule(2) of in favour of in-service candidates.
(b) In-service quota, there shall be the distribution of seats among physically disabled, SC, ST, category I and General Merit categories only.
(c) In the case of persons claiming reservation failed to produce caste or income and category certificates issued by the Tahsildar shall result in forfeiture of his claim for reservation and he shall be considered as a candidate belonging to General Merit Category only.
(2) Minimum Criteria for Physically Disabled Candidates:-
The minimum percentage of marks for eligibility for admission to Post Graduate Ayush courses shall be 45% for persons with a locomotory disability only (lower limb disability only). 3% seats of the annual sanctioned intake capacity shall be filled up by candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70%.
The candidates claiming Reservation under Hyderabad-Karnataka Region.
The candidates claiming Reservation under Hyderabad Karnataka Region as local persons should produce the relevant certificate issued by the Jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner of the Revenue Sub-Division for claiming reservation under Article 371J (Hyderabad – Karnataka Region). Non-production of the certificate during Document Verification will result to the rejection of his claim.
How to Apply
Since the Applicant should upload their photographs in online application entry, the applicant should scan their passport size photograph in .jpg format and make available for uploading with the following specifications.
Width = 1.3 inches, Height = 1.6 inches, Resolution = 200 X 200 dpi and the file size should be less than 100kb.

13. Name of the Council, Registration Number and State Details: Enter Name of the Council, Professional Registration No. and State in where registered.
14. Compulsory Rotatory Internship/Industrial training declaration: Enter the date of completion of compulsory rotatory internship/industrial training.
15. Professional Experience in case of Nursing in Hospital or Nursing Educational Institutions or Community Health Centers
16. Marks of BAMS: Enter the marks obtained by you in all the Phase / Year of your course against maximum marks, secured marks and number of attempts taken to pass the respective Phase / year in BAMS.

After filling the online application form press SUBMIT button, if you are sure that all the data entered by you is correct. The system will ask for a uploading photograph and the scanned photograph of .jpg format file with the above-mentioned specification has to be uploaded.
Candidate will not become eligible for attending the entrance test only by ONLINE REGISTRATION. The candidate must ensure that print out of his/her application with all enclosures mentioned in the brochure reaches the RGUHS on or before the Last date of application by post and in person. RGUHS is not responsible for any postal delay. The print-out of the applications received after the Last date shall be strictly rejected.
How to submit:

Print out of application filled online, along with attested copies of all required certificates may be sent by post or In-person for registration to “The Registrar, RGUHS, 4th ‘T’ Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore – 560 041” before the last date. Candidates should super scribe on the cover as “Application for PGET-2016 (AHPNP)”. Please note that the candidate will not become eligible for attending the entrance test only by online registration. The candidate must ensure that print out of his/her application with all enclosures mentioned in the brochure reaches the RGUHS by 06/06/2016. The University does not hold the responsibility for loss or delay in postal delivery.

Syllabus
The Syllabus content shall, ordinarily, be equal to the syllabus and books prescribed for Undergraduate courses as per Regulations of Central Council of Indian Medicine/Central Council of Homoeopathy or Government of Karnataka and the Rajiv Gandhi Universities of Health Sciences.
Paper Pattern
(i) The Entrance Test shall be conducted in English;-
(ii) There shall be one Question Paper (booklet) of One Hour Thirty Minutes duration consisting of 100 Multiple Choice Questions. There shall be four versions of the question paper booklet and therefore Serial Number of question differs from version to version;
(iii) Questions shall be multiple choice types, each having one best response out of four alternatives;
(iv) Each question carries one mark. The correct answer shall be awarded -one mark. no negative valuation;
(v) The key answer considered shall be the most appropriate answer only.
(vi) The examination conducted online at predetermined test centres at Bangalore only
(vii) Mock test will be arranged for the candidates before one week of the examination the detail will be hosted on the website.
Question Papers
Admit Card / Hall Ticket
The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority. The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.
Results
Computation of result criteria
(1) The minimum eligibility marks for admission to PG Course in respect of-
(i) General category shall be 50% in Post Graduate Entrance Test- AYUSH (PGETAYUSH) for “GM” and 40% in PGET for candidates belongs to “SC, ST & OBC”.
(ii) 45% in PGET-AYUSH for PH candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs between 40% to 70%.
(iii) Merit list shall be prepared on the basis of marks secured in PGET-AYUSH.
(iv) If candidates have secured equal marks in PGET-AYUSH the merit shall be determined, who has taken fewer attempts in Under Graduate (UG) course.
(v) If candidates have secured equal marks in PGET-AYUSH and has taken an equal number of attempts in UG, then merit shall be determined on the basis of total marks secured in UG degree.
(vi) If candidates have secured equal marks in PGET-AYUSH, and has taken an equal number of attempts in UG and has secured an equal percentage of total marks in UG then merit shall be determined based on the final year marks in UG degree.

Eligibility Criteria
– The candidate holding B.A.M.S. or equivalent degree recognized by BHU and CCIM (Central Council of Indian Medicine).
– The candidate must have completed minimum 12 months Internship ( 4 ½ years B.A.M.S. Course) / 6 months Internship (5 years BAMS Course) by the stipulated time after passing the final professional / Final year examination.
– The maximum age limit for the General and OBC candidates will be 35 years on 31st july, of the specified year. (relaxed up to 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates).
– No maximum age limit for the sponsored candidates.
– In case of the foreign nationals the degree must have approval of the CCIM or MCI as equivalent to the corresponding examination of admission.
– Temporary registration as medical practitioner of foreign nationals is essential. CCIM or MCI should approve their registration valid for study period.
– The candidates who have already obtained Ayurveda Vachaspati [MD (Ay)]/Ayurveda Dhanwantari [MS (Ay)] degree from any institution are not be eligible to appear in the Entrance Test.
Reservation Criteria
– 5% supernumerary seats are reserved for foreign nationals subject to maximum of two.
– One seat in each PG Discipline will be available under the supernumerary category.
– Sponsored category: Candidates working in government, Quasi government institution or government Ayurvedic Colleges recognized by the CCIM will be considered under sponsored category.
– Supernumerary categories: Sponsored, foreign nationals and the candidates with MBBS degree will be treated under supernumerary category.
– Physically Challenged (PC): Reservation for orthopedically disabled candidates would be as per government of India (MCI) regulations.

– Application Form can also be obtained from the office of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi on submission of a Demand Draft of Rs.1600(Rs.1000in case of SC/ST) in favour of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, payable at Varanasi along with two self addressed slips (06 X 10cm) by Post on or before April.
– Application Form can also be obtained on cash payment of requisite fee at counter of office of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi or submission of a Demand Draft in favour of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, payable at Varanasi, between February-April.
– The application form completed in all respects including photographs and attested thumb impression should reach the office of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221005 on or before the specified time. by 5.00 PM.
– The envelope containing the application should be superscribed “Application For Ayurveda Vachaspati [MD (Ay)] / Ayurveda Dhanwantari [MS (Ay)] Course”.
– Advance photocopy, Fax or E-Mail copies of the application will not be accepted.
– Duly completed application must be accompanied with a Demand Draft of Rs.1200 (Rs.900 for Sc and ST) drawn on a nationalized bank and payable at Varanasi in favour of Director, IMS, BHU.
– Fee paid for Entrance Test is not refundable / transferable or reserved for future.
– Foreign Nationals should submit their application with all necessary documents including recent duly attested passport size photograph, citizenship certificate, Student Visa for the full duration of the course routed through the respective Embassy/Indian Council for Cultural Relation/Ministry of External Affairs (in case of self financing candidates), Govt. of India, New Delhi to reach office of the Director, IMS, BHU latest in July (date mentioned in the respective years form).
– They should fulfil the requirements and all requisitions including AIDS free medical certificate formulated by the Govt. of India from time to time at the time of application.

Syllabus
BHU Ayurveda PG Entrance Test will consists of question from the relevant subjects studied at Graduation level.
Paper Pattern
– There shall be one paper consisting 180 multiple choice questions from all the specialities including modern counterpart of Ayurvedic specialities. The duration of test will be 2½ hrs.
– There will be a separate paper for M.B.B.S. graduate.
– 3 marks will be awarded for every correct answer and one (1) mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
– The qualifying marks are 50 percentage of aggregate for general, OBC, sponsored and M.B.B.S. category (40% in case of SC/ST candidates).
– No Scrutiny/Revaluation of the answer book of the entrance test shall be allowed on any ground.

Selection Process
The candidates will be selected for admission based on merit in the written entrance test. Separate merit list will be prepared amongst all the categories i.e. (i) General (ii) SC (iii) ST (iv) PC (v) OBC (vi) Sponsored and (vii) M.B.B.S
In case of equal marks at the test the inter-se-ranking of the candidates shall be determined in the following order:
– Percentage of aggregate of marks obtained by the candidates in B.A.M.S./M.B.B.S. (Final) examination.
– Total aggregate marks obtained in all the professional examinations (1st to Final year/Prof.).
– Number of failures during the course of undergraduate study (B.A.M.S./M.B.B.S.).
– Percentage of Marks obtained in I.Sc.(Biology) or 10+2 (Biology) or equivalent examination.
– If the marks at the above also happen to be the same, the date of birth would be the basis i.e. the candidate senior in the age would rank higher.

Eligibility Criteria
Common Eligibility Requirements for admission to MBBS/BDS: Only those candidates who would satisfy or are likely to satisfy the relevant eligibility requirements for admission to a course will be considered eligible to appear for the KLEU All India Entrance Test (KLEU AIET) & subsequently for admission to that course.
Age: The candidate shall complete 17 years of age on or before the 31st December.
As per the regulations of statutory bodies, as laid out in Under Graduate regulations the minimum percentage of marks in the entrance test for eligibility for admission to Under Graduate Courses shall be 50 percent.
MBBS Qualifications: As prescribed by the Medical Council of India & KLEU
– For candidates seeking admission to MBBS course, the candidate should have scored minimum 60% marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and
Biology took together in the qualifying examination. i.e. XIIth /PUC II/ 10+2/ HSC / equivalent examination. The candidate should also have scored 50% marks in the English language in the qualifying exam.
– Candidates who are likely to appear or who have appeared for qualifying examination i.e., PUC II/10+2/HSC or equivalent but whose results
have not been declared will also be considered eligible to appear for KLEU-AIET provided they have offered the above-mentioned subjects at the said
examination
– The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination [XII the / PUC-II/ 10+2/HSC / B.Sc.- Degree / first year of three-year degree course
as specified by Medical Council of India to be considered as eligibility for appearing in entrance test] earlier than 2014 are not eligible for applying to KLEU-AIET for seeking admission to MBBS course.
– Candidate should have passed qualifying examination from a board recognised by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India.
– The candidates shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the MBBS/BDS course.
BDS Qualifications: As prescribed by the Dental Council of India & KLEU
– For candidates seeking admission to BDS course, the candidate should have scored minimum 50% marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and

B.Pharm Eligibility Criteria
– Passed 10+2 exam with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the mathematics/ Computer Sciences/ Biotechnology/
Biology/Technical vocational/ PC & electronics Subjects.
– Obtained at least 4 0 % marks in the above subjects together.
– Lateral entry in 2 nd year B. Pharm: D. Pharm candidates passed from a PCI approved institution with at least 50% marks.
– 5% relaxation in Minimum eligibility criteria for candidates belonging to reserved category
Pharm.D. Eligibility Criteria
A pass in any of the following examinations
– 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology.
– A pass in D.Pharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
Pharm.D(PB).Eligibility Criteria
BPharm from an institution recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
BAMS Eligibility Criteria
– 50% and above aggregate marks in P.C.B in 10+2.
– Pass in English.
Physiotherapy (BPT) Eligibility Criteria
– 40% and above aggregate marks in P.C.B in 10+2.
– Pass in English.
– 5% Relaxation in Minimum eligibility criteria for SC/ ST category.
B.Sc. (Nursing), Eligibility Criteria
– 45% and above aggregate marks in PCBE in 10 + 2.
– Pass in English.

How to Apply
– A candidate desirous of appearing in the KLEU AIET is required to complete the prescribed online application form available on the University website and submit the same to the University online, on or before the scheduled date.
– The hard copy (Printout) of the application form submitted online must reach the University office on or before the scheduled date.
– The Application form and mode of payment of prescribed application should be submitted “Online” only.
– The application form for admission to undergraduate courses KLEU-AIET is common for MBBS / BDS / B. Pharm /Pharm D/ BPT / B.Sc. (N) / P.C. B.Sc. /BAMS courses.
– All the entries in the form should be in capital letters only.
– Name mentioned in the form by the candidate should be the same as in the documents of secondary and Higher secondary
– If the date or month of birth is a single digit, it should be prefixed with a zero
– The candidate should choose only one examination centre from the list of Centres and indicate clearly the examination centre at which he/she wishes to appear for examination by selecting the appropriate one
– University may restrict the applications at any time if applications received more than the centre seating capacity
– The declaration in the online application form is to be signed both by the applicant and the parent/guardian of the applicant, on the downloaded printed copy of the Application Form.
– The address should be entered in capital letters.

Exam Pattern
– For UG Courses the test will have 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of single best answer type on Physics, Chemistry, and Botany & Zoology (50 on each of them). The time allotted will be 180 minutes (3hrs) UG Courses. The test will begin at 2.00pm. Candidates are required to mark their answers in an ICR (Intelligent Character Reader) Answer Sheet.
– Each correct answer is awarded one mark. There is no Negative Marking for wrong answers.
Syllabus
– The test paper in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology includes questions based on the 10+2 syllabus followed by major 10+2 Boards/Universities.
Admit Card / Hall Ticket
The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.
The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.

Paper Pattern
Test will be of objective type. Each Multiple Choice Question will consist of a stem and four options, labelled A, B, C and D. Only one of the options is correct and for each correct response one mark will be awarded. Total Marks – 150. There will be no negative mark for wrong answer.

– Hall Tickets will be issued to every eligible candidate who is required to write the Entrance Examination and will be published at Website three weeks prior to the date of Entrance Examination.

How to Apply
Those candidates, who submit downloaded application forms, have to submit the required fee of Rs. 5000/- only (for General and OBC candidates) and Rs 4000/-only (for SC/ST/PH candidates) through online Bank Challan/Bank Draft In favour of Finance Officer, Uttarakhand Ayurved University drew on Dehradun and copy of original Bank Challan/Bank Draft will be submitted with the application form. The last date of submission of the application forms to the Coordinator- (U.A.P.G.M.E.E.-2016) Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Harrawala, Dehradun is 31-03-2017 till 5:00 PM by registered/speed post.
– The duly filled application form will only be accepted along with prescribed examination fee. Those candidates, who are applying through the downloaded application forms, should submit completed application form along with the fee in the form of online Bank Challan/Bank Draft and send it to Coordinator, UAPGMEE- 2017, Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Harrawala, Dehradun- 248001.
– Completed application form should reach the Coordinator (U.A.P.G.M.E.E.—2016), Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Harrawala, Dehradun by registered post/speed post-Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Harrawala, Dehradun on or before 5:00 PM latest by 31-03-2017.

Exam Pattern
- The Competitive Entrance Examination for MD / MS ( Ayurved ) shall consist of one paper of 100 multiple answer questions. It shall be of ninety minutes duration and shall carry maximum of 100 marks. Syllabus of the question paper shall be same as course of B.A.M.S. ( All Professionals / year ).
- All the questions will be objective type with multiple ( A, B, C, D ) choice of which only one will be the most appropriate response and, therefore, the correct choice. Each answer with correct choice shall be awarded ONE mark. ZERO marks shall be given to no response. 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong response. If more than one choice is indicated against a question it shall be considered as incorrect response and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each such incorrect response.

Results
The results for AIPGMEE is likely to be declared by 15th January 2016. The mark sheet- cum-result certificate for the AIPGMEE 2015 examination – All India 50% Quota can be downloaded from the website www.nbe.gov.in/AIPGMEE after the declaration of result.
There is no provision for rechecking/re-evaluation/re-totaling of the answer sheets and no query in this regard will be entertained.
The data of AFMS Institutes/ Any State/UT/University/College/Institution may be procured from the NBE for generating their merit list/result as per their requirement/ reservation policy by the respective authority.
