• You will work in our Client Support vertical, assisting us in managing/resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints from disgruntled customers, and providing the best possible answers. You’ll also be in charge of resolving issues and complaints within SLAs.
• To resolve client difficulties, the Query Management team is responsible for inbound/outbound calls, as well as e-mail/chat assistance.
• The position is part of our Service Desk Voice Support team, which is in charge of running day-to-day operations while adhering to SLAs and resolving disputes while coordinating with customers. The team evaluates service requests based on a predetermined scope of support and keeps track of them.
