- Architecting and designing of Battery & Battery Management System for li-ion battery packs
- Partitioning of system functions between SW, HW and mechanical
- Design development of Battery/BMS Algorithms using MATLAB
- Design and development of Network management
- System integration and system calibration support
- Failure/Defect analysis and resolution
- Design and Development of Functional Safety as per ISO2626
- DFMEA, Root cause analysis, Decision analysis, etc.
- Customer interaction & customer support
Technical Skills:
- Strong know how and hands on experience in li-ion Battery and BMS
- Strong know how and hands on experience in Battery algorithm development SOC, SOH, Energy prediction, etc.
- Good experience in embedded system design & development
- Hands on experience of MATLAB, Simulink tool
- Prior experience in Electro mobility system electric Machine, Battery systems, VCU, etc.
- Hands on experience in Requirement engineering and management. Know how DOORS tool is preferred
- Experience in system engineering as per Functional safety HARA, Safety case definition, FSR and TSR, etc.
- Knowhow of HW design and development
- Experience in communication protocols like CAN, MODBUS, SPI, I2C, diagnostic protocols like UDS.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Passion for engineering Ability to work independently
- Good problem solving skills
