Software Engineer – Full Stack | Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for Autodesk in Pune, India, as part of a dynamic team. Engineers who like discovering efficient, scalable, and intelligent solutions to a wide range of technical and product challenges are needed. You will work as a Full Stack Engineer to develop high-quality Web and Cloud technologies.
Responsibilities Include
- Develop high-quality, safe, and reliable code for usage in client products and solutions, making it easier to maintain, enhance, reuse, and localize for other developers.
- Understand and help refine functional requirements for new products with the Product Owner and/or Product Manager/Team.
- Ascertain that new code, features, or software products meet performance targets.
- Investigate and, if necessary, prototype task-related technologies and algorithms.
- Create and maintain the following code. Principles of Test-Driven Design
- Technical and functional requirements documentation can be referenced and interpreted.
- Maintain software assurance programmes in accordance with secure coding standards and each phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable engineering college in any discipline.
- Strong programming skills in Web Technologies for 0 to 1 year.
- Practical expertise with REST APIs and JSON handling.
- Experience with JavaScript MVC frameworks such as React.js and Angular, as well as OOP ideas.
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6 coding standards skills.
- Working knowledge of Redux or Flux, as well as Material UI.
- Hands-on expertise with Responsive SPA design, Bootstrap, and other web frameworks.
- Practical familiarity with a package manager such as NPM, Yarn, or similar.
- Event-driven architecture and asynchronous web programming experience.
- Working knowledge of module bundler technologies such as Webpack, etc.
- It’s advantageous to have prior knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- It’s advantageous to have prior expertise with CI/CD tools such as Docker and Jenkins.
- Working knowledge of unit and automation testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Jest, and Cypress.
- Individuals that are passionate, adaptive, flexible, autonomous, and self-motivated, and who take initiative and ownership of initiatives are sought.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- It’s advantageous to have prior familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and others.
- Experience with Amazon web services such as CloudFront, S3, ECS, Lambda, and others is advantageous.
- Working in a diverse setting with many languages and technologies is a must.
- It’s a benefit if you’ve worked with the Agile Scrum development approach.
- A strong desire to learn about new technologies and to implement them as soon as possible.
