Job Description:
- Cvent allows you to create registration websites and emails using templates and custom sites.
- Assist in defining the end-to-end process for developing websites and emails.
- Oversee all aspects of delegate management component development/configuration, testing, and release in Cvent for each meeting (website and email)
- Resolve issues with the delegate management web sites and emails’ content or execution.
- Proactively identify new delegate management capabilities within Cvent, make recommendations, and support their
- integration into the service, as agreed with the GME Operations Director.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 0-2 years of overall experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of web development experience (HTML, CSS, etc)
- Technical prowess and the ability to learn on one’s own
- Possess the ability to create solutions that are effectively communicated in a simple and clear manner.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environment is preferred.
- Experience with meeting technology (StarCite, CVENT) could be beneficial.
- Experience in the Meetings & Events and Business Travel industries, particularly with regard to policy and regulations, may be advantageous.
