Internship Project Title: Research and compare algorithms to automatically identify problems during semiconductor processing affecting product yield
Description: During processing of semiconductor wafers, there is a very high volume of data automatically collected, e. g. results of measurements done between process steps or sensor data collected during processing of a wafer.
