St.John Sangam Trust –a Pioneer in promoting education in rural areas-aims at offering professional job-oriented and value based education built on discipline. Roever educational institutions were created in memory of Reverend Father Hans Roever, a German missionary who came to Perambalur in 1947 and set up a home for poor students to educate them and care for the mental and physical welfare of these students.
Now, the Trust under the visionary leadership of the Founder and Chairman Dr.K.Varadarajan, has established various higher educational and social welfare Institutions to provide affordable and quality education to deserving students.
Roever Institute of Management is an esteemed Management studies wing of Roever Group of Institutions which is affiliated to Anna University, Tiruchirapalli was established in the academic year 2009-10. It holds the vision of fostering Managerial Talents in the young graduates and producing the best managers to enter all the sectors of the business world.
RIM is located at Elambalur, Perambalur in a lush, 100 acre Roever Technical Campus on the Chennai-Trichy National highway (NH45) and is situated 5 kms from Perambalur town. RIM is duly approved by the following competent authorities, viz.

RIM offers a full time, Two Years, Regular programme in M.B.A (Master of Business Administration) with specializations in MARKETING, HR, FINANCE, SYSTEMS AND OPERATIONS.
The programme is affiliated to Anna University, Tiruchirapalli and approved by AICTE – New Delhi
The programme will be a Trimester model with Three Trimesters per year. Students need to study 15 subjects during the First Year of M.B.A and10 subjects during the Second Year.
FOURTH and FIFTH Trimester will comprise of options of functional specializations four each with a core subject. Students will have an option of Dual Specialisations.
During the SIXTH Trimester all students need to do a mandatory Industry / Company oriented Project.
