The Punjab agricultural University had conducted the Master’s Entrance Test for the current year for taking admission into various post graduates courses. The Punjab Agricultural University was established in 1962 to serve the state of erstwhile Punjab. On trifurcation of Punjab in November 1966, Haryana Agricultural University was carved out of PAU by an Act of Parliament in February 1970. Later, in July 1970, Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidalya was established.

MEET ( Mody University Engineering Entrance Test ) is a written test conducted by MITS – FET ( Mody Institute of Science and Technology – Faculty of Engineering and Technology ). For Under Graduate Programmes, the admissions are made on the basis of Candidate’s JEE (Main) Score / MEET / Any State Level Engineering Entrance Test. Candidates with JEE ( Main ) Score are exempted from this Institutional Entrance Exam (MEET). Mody University Engineering Entrance Test is only for candidates those who are not having JEE ( Main ) Score. MEET is an institutional Entrance Test conducted to offer admissions to various Post-Graduate Engineering Programmes. For PG Programmes , the admission is through an Interview followed by MEET.
