Job Description:

Provides worldwide assistance in APAC, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Within the Recertification toolset, administering and managing the end-to-end recertification process.
In connection to recertification and feeds management, coordination with different users and support teams is required.
Organize trainings and demonstrations.
Participate in the testing of new toolset features or improvements.
Prepare metrics for internal teams and management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Providing guidance to new members of the team
Participate in internal and external auditing questions about the recertification procedure and evidences.
Responsible for user recertification operations on a daily basis, including administration and assistance for both manual and automated recertification processes.
