NATA 2021 – The Council of Architecture will hold the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2021 twice this year for admission to 5-year B.Arch. Degree Courses at various Indian institutions for the academic year 2021-2022.

About NATA 2021
- The NATA Exam is held for a variety of architecture courses. Candidates can apply for (five-year) Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programmes all throughout India through this programme. For candidates, the NATA Exam will be held twice a year.
- The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 2021 Examination’s first and second tests will be held on April 10, 2021, and June 12, 2021, respectively, according to the Council of Architecture.
- NATA 2021 will be administered as a thorough online aptitude test at Council-designated centres across the country.

Eligibility Criteria for NATA 2021
There are 2 types of eligibility that the candidates have to take care of.

- Candidates who have finished their 10 + 2 exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or a 10+ 3 diploma with Mathematics as a field of study, are eligible to take the NATA 2021 exam.
- Candidates who are currently enrolled in a 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as fields of study, or a 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics, may also apply provisionally for NATA-2021.
- Candidates should be aware that NATA 2021 qualifies them for admission to B.Arch. programmes offered by universities and institutions across the country, provided they meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the Council.
- Qualifying in NATA-2021 does not confer a right or guarantee of admission to any Architecture programme unless the individual has met all of the prerequisites.

NATA 2021 Application Process
- Application is to be filled up Online at the NATA portal of www.nata.in.
- Candidates can register themselves either for the first test or second test OR for both by filling in the application form appropriately.
- The registration window for the second test will open for 14 days after the announcement of results of the test held on the first date.
- Candidates opting to appear in both the first and second test may note that they will be issued with a separate scorecard for each test. The scorecard for Second test shall contain the marks secured in First & Second Test. The best marks secured in either of the Tests shall be taken as the valid score for admission to B.Arch. Course.
- The online filling-up of the Application Form is interactive in nature and online guidance will be available on the official website.
- The application form is broadly categorized into three steps: –

Application Fee
- A candidate seeking for NATA– 2021, for any test, must pay an application fee of INR Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) payable online.
- A candidate who intends to apply for both the first and second test must pay Rs 4000/- as an application fee (Rupees Four thousand only).
- Candidates belonging to the SC/ST, PWD, and Transgender categories must pay Rs 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) for either test and Rs 3,000/- for both tests (Rupees three thousand hundred only).
- Payment of an application fee is required. Candidates who want to take the tests in test centres outside of India will be charged Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) for any test and Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) for both tests taken online.
