What is the Zomato Business Analyst program?

A two-year programme to understand the ins and outs of running a fast-growing startup and delivering results in a multi-stakeholder context. As a BA, you’ll help businesses grow and perform better by using data analysis to improve their operations, products, and services.
When you join Zomato’s BA programme, you are joining an organization that will challenge you while also investing in your professional development. You’d be the Zomato brand ambassador in this role, which means you’d be responsible for our restaurant partners’ happiness from beginning to end.
It’s intense, fast-paced, and promises a steep learning curve.

What would your typical day look like?

It won’t be a regular day for you. Every day at Zomato is different; one day you might be analyzing data to promote growth for restaurant partners by increasing metrics, while another day you might be meeting with a slew of partners to identify UX gaps that need to be addressed.
You’ll learn new abilities and expand on the assets you offer to the company.
