Job Description:
The Engineer will assist the team in triaging support escalations to evaluate if they are valid. If possible, the Engineer will try to discover the data difference, build a reproducible use case, and support the customer in moving forward. The Engineer will also help the team discover and design technologies that will enable Support and Customers to fulfil their goals.

- Work closely with Support to troubleshoot and resolve incoming situations.
