Opentext off campus 2023 drive: Responsibilities
As a FP&A Integration administrator, your primary role will be to supporting FP&A application in terms of User Access provisioning, Data loads from External systems, Refreshing/configuring the Prod version of Data in the Servers.
The role requires comprehensive systems administration, operational support, and configuration skills.
- Operational Support:
- Provide Level 3 support to SMAX requests alerts received from monitoring systems, tickets, and end-users.
- Document and improve procedures, knowledge articles for use by OpenText global IT Operational Teams.
- System Configuration, Setup:
- User Access Management
- Dedicate offering in SMAX for the User access request for the roles requested.
- Upon receiving the requests with the relevant approvals completed, provisioning the roles for the users in FP&A application.
Eligibility Criteria for Opentext
