Job Description:

• Troubleshooting and fixing any technical issues with our software and the products and services it offers.
• Interacting with customers using live chat, web-based platforms, online forums, and the phone to handle issues and collect feedback.
• All items and services are tested and analysed.
• Identifying and aiding with the resolution of any faults or difficulties in the system
• Problem activity is recorded, tracked, and reported.
• Developing techniques to boost efficiency, profitability, and service quality
• Reviewing and publishing existing product/feature documentation in internal knowledge bases
• Follow our company’s information security rules and procedures.
• Every employee in the business is responsible for information security, and all employees must adhere to the organization’s Information Security Policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-1 year in Customer Service or a similar role, preferably on an IT platform Educational Qualifications:
• Graduate in any field. Any degree in engineering or a BSc in information technology or computer science is preferred.
• Must have a strong customer focus and be willing to go above and beyond to fix client difficulties.
• Ability to operate in a variety of consumer settings and strong customer interaction abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to solve difficult problems swiftly, ingeniously, and creatively
• Good computer and internet working expertise; good ability to learn new abilities
• Should have the ability to give project foresight in terms of tracking, interpreting, and resolving issues, as well as assisting with software installation.
• Exceptional focus on detail
• I’m an avid internet user with a great interest in technology.
• Team player who is highly motivated and energetic and has outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work in shifts that rotate.
