Eligibility Criteria

For UG Programmes

• The +2 level examinations in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education / State Board New Delhi, and Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi. or
• General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri-Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level/ International Baccalaureate (IB). or
• Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in foreign countries recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system. or
• A pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects. or
• 3 or 4 years Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.

For PG Programmes

• Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from any Institution / University recognized in India. or
• Advanced Diploma in Fashion Technology /Advertising and Graphic Design / Media Production from WLCI.
• Diploma of at least 3 years duration in Fashion/Advertising & Graphic Design/Media/ Mass Communications from any other Institution/ College

For Master Degree Programmes

• Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from any Institution / University recognised in India

Application Fee

How to Apply

The All India Combined Entrance Test (AICET) is common for all the Programs listed across all campuses.

Please read and apprise yourself with the information on eligibility criteria, number of seats, test centres, reservation policy and other relevant information related to admissions.

Step 1: Sign up

(a) To start the application process, please register online at http://admissions.wlci.in by filling in the required details.

(b) Please ensure that the email id and mobile number you provide should be valid for at least one year.

(c) Subsequently, you can log in to your account by using the email id and date of birth provided during signup.

Step 2: Fill Application Form

(a) Login and proceed to Step 2 for filling up theApplication Form.

(b) Fill all the required details in the application form.

(c) ‘Save & Exit’. You can always log in at a later time and continue to complete the application process.

(d) To continue to go to ‘Save” and then proceed’ to ‘Upload Documents Section’.

Step 3: Upload Photograph

(a) Upload scanned photograph as per the instructions. It should be in JPEG format only, not exceeding 500 kb size. Browse / choose your scanned photograph from your computer and click on ‘Upload’.

(b) After uploading scanned a photograph, save your application OR click on ‘Save & Proceed’ to the Payment section.

Step 4: Pay application fee & Print

(a) Select the mode of payment to pay the application fees online by Credit/Debit Card OR offline by Demand Draft and submit the required details.

(b) After verifying the details submitted you can proceed to make payment.

(c) NOTE: After making the payment of application fees, you will not be able to modify or edit any information provided during the submission of the application form.

(d) After making online payment successfully, you will be redirected to the Print section. You can take a print of the application form submitted for your reference or save it as PDF file.

(e) If you are making payment by demand draft, make the demand draft in favour of ‘WLC College India Ltd.’ payable at New Delhi. You must fill in details of the DD online to complete the process of online submission of the application form.

Exam Pattern

General Ability Test (GAT) which will comprise of various sections as given below :

• Analytical Ability
• General Knowledge and Current Affairs

The number of questions may vary in each section year to year.

Language of Written Test : English
Duration : 60 Minutes

Syllabus

WLCI AICET consists of questions from the following subjects/topics:

Admit Card / Hall Ticket

The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.

The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes. Candidates can start download AICTE Admit card one week before the written entrance test.

Results

The result of the entrance examination will be displayed on the WLCI website.

Counselling

WLCI AICET Counselling 2017 will commence in the month of June-July, 2017. Candidates are required to bring their educational and another relevant certificate at the counselling venue. Only those candidates will be called for counselling who will qualify the interview round. Any information regarding AICET 2017 counselling will only be available on the official website and will not be communicated separately to the candidate.
