Karunya Entrance Examination is a yearly exam conducted for admissions to B.Tech Course and M.Sc Integrated courses Karunya University, Coimbatore. B.Tech. admissions are purely based on the Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE) ranking in Karunya University.

Eligibility Criteria
– A pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt with 50 % marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. 50% marks in Mathematics is compulsory
For B.Tech Biotechnology
– A pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt with 50 % marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. (or) A pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt with 50% marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Zoology / Botany / Computer Science.
Civil Engineering :-
– Civil Engg., Civil and Rural Engg., Architectural Assistantship, Architecture (Sandwich) with 60 % marks or B.Sc. Physics or Chemistry with Mathematics as one of the subjects with 60 % marks in Part-III or B.Sc. Mathematics with 60 % marks in Part-III or Equivalent B.Sc. degree
Aerospace Engineering :-

For M.Sc. Nanoscience and Technology (Duration 5 years):
– A pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with 50 % marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
For M.Sc. Visual Communication (Duration 3 + 2 years):
– A pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with 50 % Marks in any stream such as Commerce, Economics, Accountancy, Science, etc. [Exit option is available after 3 years of study with B.Sc. in Visual Communication as per norms]
How to Apply
=> Application form and prospectus can be obtained from the Admissions Officer, Karunya University, Coimbatore – 641 114, Tamil Nadu, India by sending a crossed DD drawn in favour of ‘THE REGISTRAR, KARUNYA UNIVERSITY’ payable at COIMBATORE (or) can be obtained in person at Jesus Calls Centres (www.jesuscalls.org).
Key details to be noted about the KEE Application Form 2020 are as follows.
- Candidate must enter correct and verifiable details such as name, address, email ID, educational qualification, communication details and test centre preferences in the application form of KEE.
- Wherever required, photograph and signature needs to be appended in the prescribed format.
- Application fee as required for the category and course has to be paid in the given modes.
- Complete process of KEE 2020 application form submission should be done within the given dates.

Syllabus
Paper Pattern
KEE is a Computer Based Test with two and a half hours duration.
For B.Tech. Courses (Other than bio courses)
Part A: Mathematics – 40 marks
Part B: Physics – 25 marks
Part C: Chemistry – 25 marks
Part D: General Aptitude – 30 marks
For B.Tech. Biotechnology, Food Processing & Engineering, and B.Sc. Agriculture/Horticulture:
Part A: Biology – 40 marks
Part B: Physics – 25 marks
Part C: Chemistry – 25 marks
Part D: General Aptitude – 30 marks
Note: There is a Negative Marking (1/4th) for a wrong response./
Admit Card / Hall Ticket
The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority. The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.
Results
Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE) Rank List has been published online. Candidates can check the rank obtained in KEE by logging into the candidate account. The All India Karunya Entrance Exam result and rank will be used for admission and counselling for B.Tech and M.Sc Integrated courses.
Points to be remembered about KEE Result and Rank Card are as follows.
Marks are awarded for each correct answer in the exam.
The score of entrance exam is used to determine the rank of the candidate.
Almost one week after the announcement of the result of Karunya Entrance Exam, the university may begin the counselling for admissions.
