JMET (Joint Management Entrance Test) is a national level aptitude test conducted by the IITs and IISc. The exam is conducted every year for admission of eligible candidates in MBA program in IITs and IISc all over India. The candidates those who have completed their B.Tech or M.Sc programme with not less than 60% marks are eligible for attending the Joint Management Entrance. Various other institutes in India also provide admission to candidates in MBA program based on JMET score.

Eligibility Criteria for JMET
- Each IIT has its own management institute. The eligibility criteria varies for each institute.
- Candidates who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent, or a Master’s degree in any discipline can appear for the JMET examination.
- Students appearing for the final examinations of the above mentioned qualifying degrees can also apply.

The applicants will get one mark per question for every correct answer. For every wrong answer ¼ or 0.25 marks will be deducted. There will be four options in the exam per question. The applicants should choose the most appropriate answer. The candidates must score the minimum cut off marks per section to qualify JMET. The applicants will be provided OMR sheets to answer the questions.
