ABS Academy a unit of “Sarthak Educational Trust” formed by a team of visionaries to create a system of education that generate a process of personality development through continuous reconstruction experiments. Education is a process of preparation or getting ready for the responsibilities & privileges of adult life preparation for complete living. The business environment is experiencing unprecedented changes creating new opportunities and challenges every moment. In this changing scenario the institution endeavors to equip the students with all the necessary knowledge and skill to become truly successful in their chosen field. Research has found that over three fourth of all MBAs graduating every year in India are neither industry ready, nor found employable by top line organization. So we concentrate not only on the domain knowledge but also on the overall development of the students. Basically it is a process of transformation. Transformation of a student in to a industry ready professional. Through industry visits, outing, sharing of experience from successful entrepreneurs & top professional we want to equip our student with three basic things to be successful ,i.e. knowledge, skill & attitude.
