Kyndryl off campus 2023 Drive: Responsibilities

• Providing voice support to Kyndryl Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific will require you to work with a team of technical specialists who are driven by a desire to help clients.
• Handling intricate customer situations, recording solutions, and efficiently offering consumers a dependable and prompt resolution to all product-related technical concerns.
• Performing problem cause analysis and delivering remote infrastructure support.
• Collaborating with other internal organisations and support colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Acting as a customer advocate by working closely with customers to quickly resolve issues of high importance and to gather input from them in order to influence process/product improvements.
• Recognising the demands of the consumer and efficiently addressing issues with their problem or solution.
• Giving customers direct technical support through the phone, email, and chat.

Qualification and Skills Required

• BE/Btech/ME/MTech/B.Sc/M.Sc/BCA/MCA/Diploma (computer/IT specialization only) students,2022 pass outs.
• 65% or 6.5 CGPA above are eligible to apply.
• All subjects will be considered including elective/optional subjects
• No current Backlogs
• Fundamentals of IT
• Basic Concepts in Networking, Windows, Linux, Unix and other OS
• Basic Knowledge of concepts about databases
• Basic Knowledge of Z/Os and Operations Monitoring
