You will be required to support the product team:
- Help in creating and updating knowledge on the legacy platform
- Understand and evaluate the feasibility of the features demanded for knowledge products.
- Support the end users /consumers with their issues and queries
- Provide technical assistance in designing /structuring the knowledge products
Requirements :
- Creating products using technical interfaces and tools
- Strongly communicating within and outside the team
- Suggesting designs and UI options to make the product look better
- Understanding the customers and their needs
- Root cause analysis to understand various issues encountered by end – users
- Problem solving by using work arounds wherever possible

Experience and Qualification
- Pursuing / completed bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with demonstrated high academic achievement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to committed timelines
- Strong work ethic, service-mentality and a collaborative / team-player mindset
- Effective written & verbal communication.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
