Qualification Criteria
- B.E/B.Tech / Diploma (ECE/EE/EEE/CSE/IT/E&I)/ B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MCA / BCA
- 0-1 yrs. of experience
- MS Excel is must.
- Knowledge on SQL and/or Python is added advantage.
- Minimum 60% throughout in academics, freshers after 2019 passed out only
- General knowledge of smart devices.

- Mandate: Trained in Cloud Technologies/ Certified in Cloud Technologies (MUST)

Brief Summary of Responsibilities:-
- Web search for IoT device user manuals AND/OR do a web search for FAQs and issues reported by users.
- Prepare questions and answers, gather relevant images, edit images, update the QnA database, and test functioning.
