• The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience working in the fields of information security and/or identity management.
• Strong understanding and expertise with cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS & Azure IAM)
• This ideal applicant will have strong written and oral communication abilities, as well as interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• The ideal candidate would be highly motivated and well-organized, with previous experience writing test plans and developing test cases.
• Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills are required of the successful candidate.
• Has a thorough understanding of identity management tools (such as Saviynt, RSA, SailPoint, CA, and Oracle), technology, RBAC techniques, policies, and processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access for data analysis.
• Must be able to work independently and effectively multitask.
• PCI and SOX certifications are a plus.
• Excellent command of directory services (e.g. AD, openLDAP)
• Understanding of database, server, and application authentication/authorization principles
• Security industry credentials are a benefit if you have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or information security.

Job Description:

Operationally focused on

• Investigate and resolve missing identity attributes in the data.
• Identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver) – ensure timely access removal, produce access removal requests to IT, investigate and resolve suspicious account activity, and investigate and resolve affiliate user account status.
• Access Certification – create access removal requests to ensure that access is removed in a timely manner.

• Assist in the development of new business procedures and policies by collaborating with other analysts to assist the adoption of a secure IAM framework.
• In a Scaled Agile context, collaborate on the delivery of different IAM-related projects and activities, ensuring that new functionalities and integrations meet business needs.
• Through a collaborative process of stakeholder/focus group participation, data governance choices, and technical design reviews, analyse, document, and prioritise complex functional and technical needs for the new IAM system components.
• Develop a strategy and methods to keep identity and entitlements accurate. consuming, categorising, allocating, and reporting on access in the warehouse
• To meet SOX and PCI audit standards, plan, configure, discuss, and execute user access reviews.
• Support the creation of a complete IAM programme strategy as well as project plans for the installation and configuration of new IAM system components on premise and in the cloud (e.g. Workday, AD, AWS, Azure)
• Collaborate with businesses to educate employees and influence decisions in favour of the IAM programme.
