Qualification for Sartorius Recruitment 2021:

Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) / Instrumentation Engineering bachelor’s degree
0-1 year of work experience is required.
Excellent knowledge of the English language in both writing and speaking

Job Description:

We are searching for a Trainee Service Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad at Sartorius India Pvt. Ltd. The Instrument Services Technician will serve as a technical liaison between the field service group and the Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing departments, proactively identifying, defining, and prioritising less complicated product issues, and implementing long-term solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

As a local key technical support person for the assigned product, fully understands the scope and is well-versed in the routine service job (installation, repair, PM and qualification)
Share product expertise, information, and experience with the entire service team.
All after-sales service issues and inquiries relating to current products will be addressed and resolved.
Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the items that are supported (installation, repair, PM and Qualification)
Train service engineers, sales and marketing personnel, and consumers about the goods’ features, advantages, and benefits (FAB).
Customer communication should be effective (Inner or extern)
Respond to client complaints as soon as possible.
Analyze and resolve issues with products and customer applications.
The “Quality Complaint Procedure” should be followed up on.
Follow up on the product quality issue, write a report, and send it to the appropriate quality department.
Collect competitive information and products, do extensive testing to determine product advantages, and offer the information to sales.
Communicate competitive information to product development engineers and management in order to keep ahead of the competition by developing new products and technology.
