CTC:
- INR 21,500/ Month – for the first 6 months of the internship
- INR3.3 Lac / Annum after 6 Months + FebBonus+ Night shift allowance
Job Responsibilities
- Keep an eye on the SaaS infrastructure’s uptime and performance. 24x7x365
- Monitor the health of the programme and submit any issues, defects, or exceptions to the next level of escalation.
- Responding to service concerns and requests in a timely manner
- Follow the incident escalation protocol that has been documented.
- During the triage and resolution of operational issues, collaborate with other operational and development teams.
- Adapt to any new modifications in the organization’s technology and infrastructure.
Job Location:
- Bangalore – Outstation Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bangalore during joining.
- WFH for now but whenever required, need to relocate to Bangalore
Note: Candidate would work anywhere between 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM (Night shift)
Test Is Live
Technical Requirements:
• Functional computer systems.
• Min. 1 MBPS internet speed per PC.
• Updated Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Browser with the most recent version; Note: IE is not supported.
• Power Back-up for Computer Systems during the Exam.
Do’s :
• You should have access to your mail ID.
• You should have the Soft-Copy of your CV (with picture) to upload (Optional).
• You should fill in all the academic details correctly.
• Before starting the test, you should ensure that the Computer is connected with high-speed internet and meets all the technical requirements as mentioned.
• Once you start the test, it is recommended to pursue it in one go for the complete duration.
Don’ts :

• You should not move or go outside the test window as they will be marked suspicious and if tried to do so repeatedly the test may get terminated.
