Eligibility Criteria for PowerSchool Group Off Campus Drive 2021:

  • 0-2 years of prior technical support experience
  • Salesforce experience is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • CRM experience is desired.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Communication abilities that are both oral and written are essential.
  • Customer service and conflict resolution abilities are essential.
  • Ability to manage a large workload and various projects while dealing with frequent interruptions and changes in schedule
  • A two-year associate’s degree or similar work experience is required.

Job Description: 

  • Under the supervision of the supervisor and manager, this position offers technical assistance for our award-winning K-12 software systems.
  • This job delivers world-class, solution-oriented technical support with a strong emphasis on customer care to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
  • In order to accurately evaluate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and address software or system related issues, this position demands the person to become familiar with all areas of the application software capabilities.
  • This role will communicate with consumers over the phone and through written communication on the internet.

Job Responsibilities :

  • The following are essential roles and duties. Individuals with impairments may be able to perform important duties with reasonable accommodations.
  • Answers, analyses, and prioritises incoming phone, email, and chat-based requests for assistance from users having hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related issues.
  • Recognizes issues, performs research, offers solutions, and follows up with consumers as necessary, escalating more difficult situations to the appropriate team.
  • Maintains history records and related problem documents by logging and tracking calls using an issue management database.
  • Prepares regular statistics reports, such as incident reports from the support desk.
  • Consults programmers to explain software issues or suggest programme changes.
  • May review software and hardware for ease of use and to see if the product will assist the user in their task.
