Job Description:
Mavenir is looking to hire full-time graduate trainees (GET) with profound knowledge of practical engineering.
- Familiarity with any Object Orientated software development skills with Python and C++ or any programming language.
- Academic certifications / Technology certifications will be added advantage.
- Involvement in Extra curricular activities, leadership activities during academic years is a plus.
- Involvement with IEEE or similar organizations is added advantage.
- Any additional information which shows that the candidate has proficiency in not just technology, but has been involved in Community Services, National Service Scheme, and other similar collegiate activities is a plus.
- Candidate should have completed the 4 year degree in 4 years and no arrears pending.

Job Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise designing and optimising DSP applications in C and assembly language for a DSP or DSP-like processor, as well as a solid understanding of software performance tuning challenges.
- The candidate should have worked with at least one revision control system and should be familiar with the principles of excellent software and interface design (for example, abstraction and encapsulation).
- It is necessary to be familiar with audio/speech processing and standards (e.g., MPEG, Dolby, DTS, G.7xx, etc.).
- It is necessary to have excellent technical communication abilities. Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work individually as well as in a group.
- 0-2 years’ relevant work experience in DSP in audio and speech signal processing.
- Educational qualification: BE/BS in CS or EE is required, MTech/MS is preferred.
