Job Description:
External customers of Lionbridge product technologies will receive customer-focused technical Level 2 support from the Onboarding Support Engineer. When faults or questions about the product emerge, the Engineer will be the first point of contact for our customers. The Engineer will also collaborate with other Support Engineers, Development, and Product Management to improve the usability and supportability of our products. The Engineer must have exceptional communication skills as well as a thorough understanding of Lionbridge product technology and customer use cases.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 support to Lionbridge product technology’s external customers.
• Collaborate closely with Development and Product Management to improve the usability and supportability of our software.
• Reduces support queries by updating and creating online knowledgebase articles.
• Holds or participates in problem-solving sessions with clients.
· Documents any bugs found by Product users and reports them to Development.
• Documents and escalates to Development any enhancement requests found by Product users.
• Assists other technical support workers with problem resolution and training on tools and products.
• Work in a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week shift pattern
Essential Functions/Job Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication and language abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent customer service abilities, particularly the ability to deal calmly, constructively, and professionally with irate or angry clients in difficult or high-pressure situations.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, collect results, and offer solutions for a wide variety of technical issues.
- Responsible; capable of properly managing time and working efficiently both with and without direct supervision.
- Focus and comprehension of the customer’s requirements.
- Customer use scenarios for Lionbridge’s product technology.
- Understanding of the translation procedure.
- A working knowledge of at least one scripting language is a plus.
Qualification Criterion for Fresher:
- MCA, B.E/B.Tech in Computers/IT, or BSC-IT, with desired abilities in programming languages such as C#, DotNet, and SQL database knowledge.
- Communication abilities are excellent.
- Willingness to work on an L2 Technical Support profile and in rotational shifts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
