Job description:
- Monitor T1 QMS audits and plan for improvements through Quality 5 Star grading.
- New Vendors facility & Process audit (as required)
- New car parts New suppliers Process 4M Audit ,Inline and Field Quality issues monitoring and improvements stabilization.
- Plan and organize for Quality TFT ,Seminars ,Trainings and Benchmarking activities.
- Monitoring and co-ordination for T1 Vendor Quality grading through Vaatz.
- Monitor Tier2 Vendors progress in Special process, SQ audits and initiate necessary action.
- Support Field Quality improvement & ensure Field Quality issues closure thru SQ VOC system.
- T2 Vendors control through Vaatz.
- Expertise in QC Tools , FMEA , SPC , ISO TS 16949 ,Control charts ,Shop floor practices.
- Guiding and Managing section members.
