Responsibilities:-

• Own all business development plans and strategies, as well as the company’s sales targets – Assists in the creation of the sales strategy.
• For use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, prepares projections and KPI reporting for sales leaders and higher management.
• Establish a method and funnel for top-down manual outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
• Capable of developing, improving, and maintaining KPIs for the sales team, as well as leading and managing teams to achieve better results.
• Promote the goods and assist in the closing of the largest deals.
• Collaborate with other teams, particularly Product and Marketing. Determine how many inbound leads you’ll need to fulfil your sales targets.
• Provide complete visibility into the sales pipeline throughout the whole development process.
• Develop and maintain external and internal collaborations and relationships with key customers.
