Eligibility Criteria for Flex Recruitment 2021:
- BE/ B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics & Communication Engineering
- (EEE/ECE) graduate with (0-2) years of experience as a NPI/ECO Engineer in Manufacturing set up, Preferably in EMS Industry.
- Hands on experience in the following domains
- NPI (New Product Introduction)
- ECO (Engineering Change Order management)
- BOM (Bill Of Materials) Management
- Hands on Experience in any PLM software linked to ECO process
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English MANDATORY.

Job Duties:
- Creating agile & Baan BOM part numbers AVL in agile and baan system creation.
- Download customer documents such as product specifications etc. Work for new changes as Change Analysts for the NPI.
- Disseminate part list to manufacture new models and to manage ECOs efficiently for manufacturing facilities globally Use Agile (PLM) to create, revise, route, track, release and distribute the ECO (Engineering Change Order) system.
- Closely study and coordinate ECOs / Drawings with the site Process / Product Engineering team.
- Close cooperation with the Materials and Engineering teams for product updates/changes review.
- Indicate questions relating to the engineering order for the business partner (applicant) and client Ensure that all process metrics adhere to the objectives set.
