Job Description

• With a high level of guidance/supervision, performs systems modelling, simulation, and analysis to create appropriate software solutions to fulfil client business needs.
• As needed, contributes to documentation and assists in the documentation of new or existing programmes in order to ensure information accessibility.
• Participates in the design, development, troubleshooting, and analysis of software for use with hardware systems.
• Based on research and customer demands, assists in modifying acquired applications and maintaining programme libraries and manuals.
• To ensure correct operation, provides feedback and reports to management on the status and availability of software and hardware.
• Provides hands-on first-level support to consumers under modest supervision from senior team members.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related subject is preferred.
• Performs routine tasks at the entry level.
• Has a college or university degree or similar work experience in software engineering or operating systems programming and has conceptual knowledge of theories, techniques, and processes in software engineering or operating systems programming.
