Skill Set Required
- Strong problem-solving and abstract reasoning abilities.
- Must be able to write clean, efficient code and have extensive programming/coding experience (any language).
- Data structures and algorithms fundamentals are strong.
- Experience writing sophisticated algorithms is required.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Software Development Engineers will be responsible for developing and presenting ideas for the next generation of solutions that will drive CodeNation Innovation Labs’ (CNIL) future business.
- Software Development Engineers are immediately enrolled in Trilogy University (TU), CNIL’s high-powered bootcamp for new hires that aims to transform them into super problem solvers and tech experts.

Responsibilities
- As a vital member of a product or delivery team, a Software Development Engineer will provide components of an application on schedule and to specification.
- As a member of his or her team, he or she is expected to do so by making balanced technical judgments (e.g., design trade-offs, prioritising, etc.).
- These decisions must be based on an understanding of how to use relevant technical/theoretical knowledge in the context of the customer’s business needs.
- Assists the delivery team in delivering product features to customers (e.g., answers questions, explains functionality, extends API, provides code reviews, etc.).
- A Software Development Engineer may be required to participate actively in efforts to attract prospective team members from his or her university’s campus.

B.E/B.Tech, MCA – 2021 batch
Salary
- Base: 24 Lakh Per Annum CTC: 29.5 Lakh Per Annum CTC: 29.5 Lakh Per Annum CTC: 29.5 Lakh Per Annum CTC: 29.5 Lakh
- 1 Lakh as a graduation bonus
- Up to 2.5 lakh per annum in annual target bonuses
- Additional Benefits: 1 Lakh
Selection Process
15 minutes for CCAT Test of cognitive ability. The top 45 scorers will advance to the interview rounds. R1 (60 minutes) Round one of the DS Algo interview process R2: 60-minute open-ended problem-solving interview R3 – 20 minutes Round of org fit interviews
