Job Description:
- Analysis and development of java work for accounting platform capabilities
- Collaborate with QA teams to make sign-offs easier.
- Provide technical leadership for a few parallel MOTIF streams, analyse needs, and come up with new and right solutions.
- For tech-related topics, collaborate with the PCIT and IB Design Authority and incorporate them into the deliverables.
- Assist in the transmission of knowledge and mentoring of team members who are newer to the team.
- Participate in the hiring process.

What we’re looking for:
- Capable of analysing requirements, providing estimates, and developing high-performance Java code in a timely manner.
- Core Java expert with knowledge of multi-threading and messaging
- Knowledge of Spring/hibernate/coherence or a similar stack
- Discuss timelines and scope with stakeholders.
- Able to communicate the effects of code modifications to the technical team
- Able Participate on production calls and help to resolve
- Hands on development experience in Angular and UI development
- Excellent skills in Oracle PL/SQL
- Git/maven
