Work you’ll do
As a Cyber Cloud Technical Writer, you’ll collaborate with the engineering team in India to assist in the creation of documentation for new Guardian releases. The Guardian Front End is an Angular 5 Single Page Application (SPA) featuring Material Design Components and D3js.
- Produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for the various Guardian users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop product and documentation specifications.
- Create user interface content, online help, fast starts, deployment guidelines, FAQs, and user guides that are simple to read.
- Work on your own with little supervision
- Contribute quickly to the Guardian’s quality

Qualifications Required
- Proven experience creating software documentation in a technical capacity.
- Ability to swiftly grasp difficult technological concepts and translate them into words and images.
- Ability to envisage the product’s complete user experience and then create high-quality documentation that answers product users’ demands appropriately at various phases of product adoption.
- Excellent written English skills in the United States
- Prior experience developing online / web-based documentation and a strong understanding of HTML/CSS is required. It would be nice if you have some JavaScript experience.
- Basic understanding of software development
Preferred
- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. – Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or Information Technology
